“Not sure her name but the young pretty woman that always helps us is so patient and friendly. She never slows down and helps every customer with the same enthusiasm, even when they aren't very kind. She's a gem and I hope she gets paid as such. She is such an asset and if she left, I would go to the other location down the street. She's the reason we come in“
“Food is always fresh and delicious. I primarily order ahead via the Subway app. Every time my order has been ready by or before the quoted pickup time given. It's on the pickup shelf clearly marked and all I have to do is grab it and go.“
“I came in today around lunch time 12-1pm and at first I was alittle effy and was going to leave because usually when it’s that packed I don’t receive the best service because the workers would be overwhelmed (speaking about every fast food) but the 2 ladies you had working today I believe one was a manager her name started with an “S” both ladies worked amazingly together getting our foods and online orders done as fast and efficient as possible. It did take some time for everything but with the positive attitude and calmness they proceeded to give I wasn’t frustrated or disappointed at all for waiting. “I live subway been eating for years and years; I noticed recently lot of the stores are installing a cover shield over the meats why ? What are you hiding now as paying customers now we can’t see the meats or products we have to lean over and guess what hair will fall and contaminate your “
“I had a great experience at Bach Lac Bakery and Boba. The place has an open and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff and cozy seating. The Vietnamese sandwiches are tasty and authentic, with fresh bread and flavorful fillings. The Vietnamese coffee is strong and good, perfect for a pick-me-up. I will definitely be back and try their boba next time. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves Vietnamese food and drinks.“
“We love Firehouse subs but our experience at this location was just subpar. We ordered large subs but only got medium subs. We checked our receipt and was charged for medium so we were like ok fine. We love their cookies that we waited until later to eat and they were really hard and seemed like a few days old. We never had a problem at any other locations and the cookies are always super fresh. We paid over $11 for 6 and was disappointed. I’m not sure if we will return to this location.“
“We stopped in around 2:15 and found the restaurant clean and appealing.The two women who were working were both friendly and engaging.The topping trays were full of fresh and appetizing meats, cheeses and vegetables. Our sandwiches were quickly prepared and were delicious.As a plus, I found the restrooms neat, clean and fully stocked with supplies.This is one of the nicest Subways I have been to in a long time. Hats off to the owner and especially the staff of this unit.“
“As a follow up to my previous review, I wanted to add that when I got up to my permanent room, I had a nurse by the name of Cinnamon. She was my night nurse and she was absolutely amazing. I can't say enough about this nurse. She works on the 4th floor. I also had the pleasure of meeting the nurse manager. Her name was Susan. After talking with her many times, I am in the process of following my dream. I've always wanted to be an RN, and she made me so positive about looking into pursuing my dream. Thank you WHH for this wonderful experience during a not so good time for me. Just amazing service during my entire stay here. Thank you over and over again. Ed“
“Absolutely amazing, been there a handful of times and never once has the food been anything less than spectacular, friendly service, clean and tidy, only the slightest bit slow but its understandable as sandwiches these good take time. My favorite is the philly cheesesteak I cannot stress enough how great the taste is! 11/10“
