“This location is good, but just want to say, one of your employees just tried to start a fight with me at the gas pump while in Firehouse uniform. I pumped gas, and then had to go inside and wait in line for my receipt, when i get back to my car, she is mad and questioning me on why my car was at the pump. Kicking up a fuss and threatening over nothing. Probably not the best public image, since she was in uniform and either going to or leaving work. She sucks, but your location is great!“

“This new location You’d never even guess it opened like 6 months ago none the less How its ran and operated I give it a 12 out of 10 ALL the time!So we all are aware I’m disabled and there’s just nights I can’t prepare a meal due to pain so I dropped in to grab Turkey Toms for the hubby and I …From the start of the order taking they were extremely professional.. friendly and fast!However I get to the window very friendly..understanding and just pure angels Jen took my order and the gentleman at the window just a pure joy to have them serve you seems like a family close oriented group then the sandwiches ? delicious, fresh veggies even ensured the extra vinegar was spot on not too much and not even messy the presentation in person was better than the photo of the item on the menu…usually that’s not the case.. visit this location and I guarantee you’d agree with me and it even superseded what I thought I would get!They also both did a huge blessing for my hubby and I :.. might I say there’s still great individuals within this world and Jen/gentleman (whoever was working on 1/9/23 at 7:25p) truly made my entire week Light up! “I recently ordered two Hook & Ladder subs from Firehouse Subs in Winter Haven using their online ordering system, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed. The subs were ready incredibly fast, and the in-store pickup process was seamless. The staff was quick and efficient, getting me in and out with no hassle.

As for the subs themselves—delicious doesn’t even begin to cover it. The Hook & Ladder was perfectly made, with fresh ingredients and just the right balance of flavors. “The manager was training someone when I placed a mobile order instead of telling the trainee to step aside she encouraged him to keep goinh and hw will get it and kept apologizing for how long it was taking. Everyone has to start somewhere!“

“That's the 2nd time I have been there. Their subs are real good. The bread ? is nice an soft. They have different kinds of subs to choose from whatever you want on it, they will make it for you. You can also get chips an a drink for a combo which is always good.“

“We've been coming to this subway since we moved here 5 years ago. I never thought I would write a review for here but Bonnie was just fantastic. She was accommodating and actually cared if we would like the toppings/dressings we chose. It's almost felt like I was visiting my own memaw. She was great, I hope she stays!There was a young lady that was working there and seemed to be training. She was very sweet. It was nice seeing employees there that knew what they were doing.“

Was given a large sandwich cut in half (2 large pieces) and asked to cut into 4 ❌…when I asked the blondde lady behind the counter if she could cut it into 4, she gave me a plastic knife and told me to do it myself. ? great customer service ? because cutting a sandwich that full is so easy to do with a plastic knife.“
