“This location is good, but just want to say, one of your employees just tried to start a fight with me at the gas pump while in Firehouse uniform. I pumped gas, and then had to go inside and wait in line for my receipt, when i get back to my car, she is mad and questioning me on why my car was at the pump. Kicking up a fuss and threatening over nothing. Probably not the best public image, since she was in uniform and either going to or leaving work. She sucks, but your location is great!“

“This new location You’d never even guess it opened like 6 months ago none the less How its ran and operated I give it a 12 out of 10 ALL the time!So we all are aware I’m disabled and there’s just nights I can’t prepare a meal due to pain so I dropped in to grab Turkey Toms for the hubby and I …From the start of the order taking they were extremely professional.. friendly and fast!However I get to the window very friendly..understanding and just pure angels Jen took my order and the gentleman at the window just a pure joy to have them serve you seems like a family close oriented group then the sandwiches ? delicious, fresh veggies even ensured the extra vinegar was spot on not too much and not even messy the presentation in person was better than the photo of the item on the menu…usually that’s not the case.. visit this location and I guarantee you’d agree with me and it even superseded what I thought I would get!They also both did a huge blessing for my hubby and I :.. might I say there’s still great individuals within this world and Jen/gentleman (whoever was working on 1/9/23 at 7:25p) truly made my entire week Light up! “The manager Chy(so) was wonderful. She was such a sweetheart. Kuddos to her for trying to keep the love bugs at bay cause they are bad right now. This is one of the better subways we’ve been to ( and we’ve been to a lot) were the timeliness and quality of the food was impeccable. Great job!“

“My husband and I both had a very busy afternoon with appointments. It had been raining all day-we were both cold from being in and out of the rain, and we were hangry! We wanted something quick and decided on Firehouse Subs at Merchants Walk in Lakeland. Christie took my order over the phone. My husband and I both noticed how clearly, efficiently, and professionally she took our order. When I went in to pickup our order, Christie was at the register. I was able to watch as she was checking out customers. Again, she was very efficient, professional, and kind. The entire staff was busy and working making other orders. All were friendly and smiling. Very impressive! Kudos to Christie, and all the folks working in there!“

“All of the employees are super nice and try to get your order done as fast as possible even though the oven has been broken for quite some time. This seems like a really big issue on the management's side of things. The last time I went in, the girls who were working were so nice and helpful, they were chatting with customers and they were getting all the orders done very quickly (plus my sandwich was delicious).“

“I Ordered 2 half subs online and ended up waiting a total of 45 min. The 2 people decided to get everyone else order done including the people walking in who waited no longer then 5 mins to be helped while I sat inside along with another online customer waiting for our food eventually the lady gets my food ends up being a whole mess another customer is smart mouthing me trying to rush me out to sum this all up I will never be going again😀“

“my personal favorite subway. employees aren't much for conversation but that's great, prices are good with the coupon sheets i get in the mail every couple weeks, they put on a good amount of veggies, and the ingredients usually look pretty fresh if you arent there at closing time. low atmosphere points because no subway has atmosphere, you're meant to eat the sub in the car or at home

Vegetarian options: my wife (vegetarian) gets a veggie and likes it. says the garlic aioli is an important part so consider that if you're in a subway and a vegetarian (must be tough)“

“I order sandwiches through the app for pickup at this location, and I have not had to wait more than 5 minutes for a freshly made toasted sandwich from the time I place the order until pickup. The employees here are also very courteous. You can also dine in at this location and the tables and floor have always been clean.“
