Second time I’ve been to this location. Ordered a sandwich both times that did not list tomatoes but made a point to ask. First time I was sort of rudely told that they did not come with that sandwich. I said thanks just wanted to confirm. Got home and had tomato on the sandwich. Same exact thing happened today.
Service was A-1. The courtesy and friendliness of the staff was amazing. They made me feel welcome and showed me they are there to provide excellent service, and they did. Best customer service of the year. My sandwich was made to perfection.

Huge S/O to Jimmy John's for taking care of us. Everything was great and the staff was Awesome. Came all the way down from Albany NY for our spring softball games. Who did we meet as our server at JJs but a College Of St Rose Alumni who was a shift manager that put together our order. We were so happy to meet her we gave her a team shirt. Thank you again for everything.
