“We went tonight after seeing a Facebook ad this morning. Man, I am difficult to please, a bit of a food snob. This place blew my socks off! We had four adults and two kids and every single one of us were SHOCKED at how good the food was. You can 1000% tell that the pasta is homemade and fresh. It was perfectly cooked. Everything was seasoned amazingly and the complimentary fresh baked bread was a really nice touch. Service was good, atmosphere and lighting was fine. We all made plans to come back before we had even left.

Kid-friendliness: The kid menu is sparce but unless you have a super picky eater, there’s definitely something for every kid.”

“Out-of-towner happy to have landed at Zest for a late, Sunday afternoon lunch on a day trip to tour Bartow's interesting Wonder House, with quick, unplanned visits to the L.B. Brown House Museum and the Bartow History Center. Located on a side street a couple of blocks from the old town square Zest has a quiet, unassuming appearance with off-street parking and an outside, covered dining patio. Inside seating includes booths, tables and the bar in a large, high-ceilinged, sort of dimly lit dining area with a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Our server Regan, (I think was her name) was efficient, and attentive and just right friendly. Our food - we both had fish and chips with cole slaw - was excellent - the slaw was good - chunky cut with vinegar-based dressing rather than mayo-based, medium cut fries and the fish were very good - tender and crisp (the fish lightly battered). Definitely would be a repeat customer if I was a local. Planning to return to Bartow for a scheduled tour of the L.B. Brown House and to explore more of the History Center and it will be hard to decide whether to try a different restaurant or to return here where we really enjoyed the service, the meal and the space.”

This place is off the side of the road and a little hard to see, but the food is amazing! Super cute litle truck with beautiful decor and all the greenery is well maintained and lush. Super inviting. Everything is also made fresh as you wait.”

“This location is good, but just want to say, one of your employees just tried to start a fight with me at the gas pump while in Firehouse uniform. I pumped gas, and then had to go inside and wait in line for my receipt, when i get back to my car, she is mad and questioning me on why my car was at the pump. Kicking up a fuss and threatening over nothing. Probably not the best public image, since she was in uniform and either going to or leaving work. She sucks, but your location is great!”

“First thing is they have great drinks, lots of craft cocktails and beer at good prices. Secondly, they’re very community oriented and I love going to try the food trucks they feature every day. Everyone we’ve met there has been super friendly and welcoming as well. Lastly, and my favorite thing, they’re super dog friendly! As long as your pup is well behaved and doesn’t create a ruckus they’re more than welcome to come inside up to the bar so you and your best friend can enjoy the ac. I’ve brought two of my pups there so far and they love it!”

“I was in for jury duty so I thought I'd get something to eat. I'm a vegetarian, and the man working took extra care in making sure my food was meat free. I got a breakfast burrito, and he even added onions and tomatoes so it was a bit more substantial. It's definitely not a fancy place, but I was supposed with the hospitality I received. If I'm ever back in the courthouse, I'll definitely stop by.”

“My first ever visit to a Chick-fil-A. The food was absolutely delicious! They did however forget to omit the tomatoes from the sandwich that I ordered like any other fast food restaurant would, but I've grown accustomed to that over the years. The restaurant was extremely clean and the employees were very friendly and hospitable. It is safe to say that this will not be my last visit to this restaurant!”
