PC chicken breast meal. All I got was some fries and the chicken and a watered down coke. The fries were dead. No side came with it.

“Ok, so I see some negative comments on here about Mannys. I have been going to the one on 27 for a little over 10 years. Usually at least twice a month. I have NOT had the experience these people have and wonder if their expectations were beyond attainable and no matter how good things were they would still have a complaint. My girlfriend and I love this place. I have never had a badly cooked steak and the prime rib my girlfriend gets is what she wants. I would not under any circumstances continue to patron a restaurant if it were not good. Having lived in west Texas for almost two decades, I know a good steak. If your expectations are that high, maybe stay home and cook one yourself. You are your own worst critic.“

“It is our favorite sushi place in town by far (and we have a lot of sushi places here)! Fish is always fresh, rolls are creative and delicious, the restaurant is clean, and the service is great. Honestly, this restaurant is in my top 5 Lakeland restaurants. I've had foodie friends from NYC visit and thoroughly enjoy their meals here. My 14-year-old daughter has been obsessed with this place since I introduced her to the Out of Control Roll (my go-to). I highly recommend it.“

“Love Planet Smoothie! It’s perfect for some tart, tangy fruity flavors.

They have a lot of options for whatever you’re in the mood for. There’s a range of sizes and even a 40 oz option, which I have no idea when you’d ever need or want a smoothie that big, lol.

“Was in town watching dogs for someone, and saw that this place A) exists and B) has cheesesteaks. I will try a cheesesteak anywhere, even if gunfire is happening around me. Thankfully, this restaurant is in a no fire zone. But for this sandwich, it would be worth the risk and the added expense of kevlar. I kid you not, their “Awesome Philly Sub” is that and more. I can’t remember eating a better cheesesteak in 2 decades, and I’ve most certainly tried. Two thumbs up isn’t quite enough… I’ll have to borrow some extra thumbs from my enemies to add to the score. Highly recommended! And I’m a cheesesteak snob… they conquered my appetite and I’ll most definitely be back when I’m out this way again. If you live in Lakeland and love sandwiches and HAVEN’T TRIED THIS PLACE, you are missing out and are making a bald eagle cry. I can’t prove that second one, but it sounds legit.“

We shared the Brûlée Key Lime Pie with house made whipped cream and it was better than I’ve had in Key West!! 10 out of 10 on my list, atmosphere is pleasantly decorated for the holiday season, book you family gathering or work gathering in this incredible little spot before everyone knows!!“

“The Violet Beauregard ( sp?) is the very best of Mulbery Cafe! Delicious blueberry, custard and whipped cream French toast. I LOVE French toast and have tried many restaurants but NOTHING comes close to this lovingly prepared piece of heavenly goodness. I specifically bring my friends here to experience this wonder. My mother in law and her family,my daughter and her family and so many friends. You have no idea how much business this meal has brought you. I was wrong. I ordered sausage egg and cheese but I ordered double meat and eggs.
It was literally too big :)
