Fusion & Sabor is a small restaurant located in Courtyard Center at 4417 South Florida Ave, in Lakeland. We were greeted when we walked in the door and placed our order at the nearby counter (no table service). Since arepas feature prominently on their menu, that what we went with. I ordered the Shredded Beef arepa, which has shredded beef, onion, garlic, green pepper cheese and cilantro (which they happily omitted on my request). Portions are generous, offering great value, and the seasoning is on point. It is a must-visit spot with very affordable prices, highly recommended for a great experience.
