I found Ling's Buffet to be a wonderful surprise! Such a wonderful variety of fresh, quality food that tasted so good. My friends worried that as a vegetarian my choices might be slim -- but there was plenty to choose from. My favorites were the green beans, the mixed veggies, the soft tofu, and the veggie eggfuuyung. A wonderful dining experience!
Ling’s Buffet is one of the best options for a Chinese buffet. Coming from up north where Chinese food is on a scale of 1-10 an 11, it’s been hard to find Chinese food, let alone a buffet, that offered anything close to northern Chinese food.
