“This is probably my favorite Chinese near me. And the lunch specials are only $9 and include your entree, fried rice and an eggroll or soda. Or pop. Whatever you call it here! The portions are amazing and the food is always delicious. You can’t beat the prices or quality. It’s take out only, but you can order online. I’ll include a pic of my $9 chicken and broccoli, minus the eggroll. So good.“

“Ok, so I see some negative comments on here about Mannys. I have been going to the one on 27 for a little over 10 years. Usually at least twice a month. I have NOT had the experience these people have and wonder if their expectations were beyond attainable and no matter how good things were they would still have a complaint. My girlfriend and I love this place. I have never had a badly cooked steak and the prime rib my girlfriend gets is what she wants. I would not under any circumstances continue to patron a restaurant if it were not good. Having lived in west Texas for almost two decades, I know a good steak. If your expectations are that high, maybe stay home and cook one yourself. You are your own worst critic.“

“A nice little park with abundant wildlife. Hopefully the several new disc golf stations installed here don't ruin that. The massive bump that now serves as the crosswalk across the main road isn't particularly awesome either.

It’s the kind of dish that makes you whisper “I’m not worthy” between bites while your dinner companion side-eye you. 11/10, would let it ruin all other octopus for me. And then… oh sweet green heaven… the Green Eggs and Ham. I’d never thought I’d say this in a grown-up restaurant, but Dr. Seuss himself would’ve dropped his hat and applauded: I would eat them here or there, I would eat them anywhere! I would eat them in a boat, I would eat them with a goat! I would eat them in Winterhaven town, Especially when Nutwood lays that green sauce DOWN! Say! I will eat them with a spoon, I will eat them morning, night, and noon! I do so like green eggs and ham! Thank you, thank you, Nutwood, ma’am! It’s not just clever plating — it’s a flavor bomb disguised as whimsy. Bright, herbaceous, pesto, rich, and somehow still light enough that you don’t hate yourself afterward. Pure culinary sorcery. Nutwood continues to be the cheeky, flavorful gem of Winterhaven. Bold plates, zero pretension, and enough personality to make you laugh out loud mid-bite. If you haven’t been, fix that immediately. “Have they there for many many years? Don't think I've had anything there that I didn't like. I'm very partial to their chicken wings. French fries are awesome. The coleslaw is a really good. A little tarter than I like. I like it! Sweet coleslaw but I never not eat it. It is still good. French fries are on point seasoning crispy not over crispy and not mushy. Highly recommend a trip there.“

“I recently attended a private catered event at Flightline Cafe . We had a delicious buffet meal Salmon , Parmesan Chicken Breast , Sweet Baby Carrots. Garlic Mashed potatoes and tasty Broccoli and cheeses . Started the buffet with a delicious tossed salad with all the fixing . Washed it down with sweet tea and lemonade. The bar has top shelf drinks that keep you going back for more . Service was impeccable. If you ever need a place to have a function Flightline Cafe should be one of your top choices as kudos to the owners“

“My family frequently this location and have never had a bad meal or service. What the manager did this evening topped every experience I have ever had since ever going to sonny's for several decades now. I was having to place an order online to be picked up as we were not able to dine in, had a couple of issues with the app so figured I would just walk in and order. Saw both gm's and wanted to let them know the issues I was seeing with the app, issue was also happening when trying to order the same thing from a pc as well on their website. He immediately called corporate but being after hours I think he was only able to leave a voicemail. After listening to me he takes me over to the takeout counter and tells the cashier my order is on him for having a bad experience. I couldn't believe it as it was so generous of him. The food was superb and we will definitely be back as you don't find customer service like that everywhere you go anymore. They have showed they are not only serious about their bbq but also their commitment to outstanding customer service. Thank you for the great experience.“
