#1 the owner when walking in should greet the customers and then to there employees
#2 i think if the breads are old do bread pudding instead of making sandwiches with old bread
#3 Stop reheating food and act like it's fresh. like the mondongo and cuajito you know it's reheating because is expensive to sale everything at 1/2 priced. Even your oatmeal, farina and corn meal is also reheated.
