“I was in the drive tru and suddenly my car stopped working not able to move it and I told the employees at the window , about like 6 employees helped try to solve the problem. they got to move my car to neutral and move my car out of the way while I ate food in the restaurant with my children. The employees that helped in any way was so kind hearted of them !!! Can say chic-fil-a has amazing employees and service !!! beyond grateful for them truly .“

“Fast Food places are sometimes hit and miss on quality and experiences. Fortunately, this visit was great - no issues. Only hold-up was the huge number of to-go orders they had. That caused quite a bit of wait for customers at the counter. They appeared to have sufficient number of personnel - just a real rush of orders.“

“I had the BEST customer experience at Chicken Salad Chick today! This was my first time visiting, and khrystal took my order. I told her it was my first time, and she took the time to explain everything to me, let me try a few samples, and gave me recommendations based on what I liked. I ended up loving both of her recommendations and getting them! She was so sweet, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. You could genuinely tell that she cared about making sure I had a great experience.

Bridget was the one who handed me my food, and she was just as kind! She took the time to explain the rewards program, how to use my receipt to earn points, and even told me about the birthday reward.

Both of them went above and beyond, and their kindness and genuine customer service were so refreshing. I’m from out of town I was just visiting and It’s not every day you come across a team that is this welcoming and helpful. They definitely made my first visit a memorable one, and I’ll absolutely be back! ❤“

“Did a large pick up Saturday, August 10, 2024 drove an hour home to realize that it was wrong. This is the third time we had pick up and it was wrong so my suggestion is to always check before you pull away. Called and spoke to a manager and she told me to come back up on Sunday and she would take care of it Today, Sunday, August 11, 2024, and she replaced my order. Customer service is all about.“

“Definitely recommend this place, soo good and usually I'm not one to go for gas station food but Lord have mercy,Haven't had buffalo wings this good and smothered in sauce and there's meat on these bones ? I'm in heaven.And then the honey Biscuits ? nice and moist, not dry in the slightest... Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy bomb AF too and good sized containers of everything ? big win on this place and prices are decent.“

“I tried Krispy Krunchy Chicken today at their new location inside Winter Haven Marathon, and it was incredible. The food is so delicious and fresh. You can taste the quality with every bite. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the store is clean. It’s hard to believe this amazing chicken joint is inside a gas station. It’s honestly the best chicken around!“
