Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers delicious food, with exceptional chicken and crispy breading. The service is fast and polite, and the restaurant is kid-friendly with a casual atmosphere and a kid's menu. However, there is a need for better labeling of take-out sauce containers, as they currently all look similar and have similar tastes. Additionally, measures could be taken to prevent fries and bread from becoming soggy in take-out boxes. While there is a charge for a "large" fry, it does not appear to be significantly larger. The staff manages to maintain a positive attitude, even when dealing with difficult customers.
