I had a great experience at the Wendy’s in Mulberry, FL! I specifically dealt with Karma at the drive-through window, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. It’s always refreshing to receive such genuinely great customer service, especially in a busy drive-through!
