We ordered from Wendy, and they messed up our order when I called. No one answered the phone, we oder regular nuggets, and they gave up spicy and my kids don't eat spicy nuggets and shortest us on food worst place ever !!!

I'm not supposed to wish I ate more fast food but... Best employee ever, Ms Hatty. Used to work at McD's on S. FL. Ave, and she's the most faithful, hardest working lady you're ever gonna work with or meet.She's decades reliable as Tal at Crowder Bros. I hope they pay her well and hold onto her. She deserves it...and the food is great too;)
Never had a complaint about the food but it’s always something different with them. That they’re only taking cash or ONLY taking door dash orders. Makes it really hard to just pull into Wendy’s and get some food. Hope this gets fixed soon because it’s been going on for MONTHS. Maybe corporate needs to get involved.

Food is Always good. But they did forget a few things last time. #8 go large . It had a half box of fries and they were Limp and Soggy.also supposed to get a biggy bag the whole order was wrong or missing 2 orders of nuggets.This is the restaurant on 98 North . In front of Walmart. Nasty and Rude. I will stay with the one on Griffin Rd. Way Better.??????

Always check for your food. From 2 orders pf 10 nuggets, they missed 3 in each one, amd then just says that “its weird “Also in every family nuggets you never get the 50 nuggets.They are basically robbing you

Never again. I've had nothing but issues from this location. Wrong food in orders, app orders "not working". This time I placed an order in the app, go to the store and was told they were closed for inventory. Really? You just randomly close during business hours? I told them I placed an order through the app and nothing said they were closed. They didn't care, the girl just said OK have a good night and walked me to the door. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location and avoid the hassle.

I gave them benefit of the doubt at first, but just pathetic. Came in placed my order online for 3:05, get there early they said 3:10. Not told a single thing while sitting in the lobby up front, my food was done at 3:25 and sat there waiting for them to press a button to tell me, instead they're chatting about the other customers in the lobby. I wish I could give it 0 stars. After that wait, the food wasn't even good. Worst wendys I've been to period.
