Giving two stars because I dont want my review deleted. We've been in line for almost an hour (after placing a pickup before being even close to the line) and I asked if there was any way I could get a refund, I was told I could either wait in line or go inside to wait but was given no other option. The girls in the front didn't help at all and was just awkwardly prancing and standing around like they were doing so much work and were even messing around. Staff at the Mulberry Church Street location or on point always a very fast-paced location and the staff is well trained.
The drive-thru was slow ad anything! Arrived @ 1:40am and didn't leave until around 2:30am.
