Delicious food, and exceptional customer service from the counter associate, Malikai!
I stopped by Zaxby’s in Winter Haven yesterday after the rain, and it was really crowded! 🌧🍗
There wasn’t anything seriously wrong with my experience, but I always believe there is room for improvement. I can’t give a five-star review every time just because everything was okay—I like to be honest about both the good and the things that could be better.

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers perfectly seasoned chicken, with some customers finding the fries too salty. Customers enjoy the delicious chicken burger and chicken fingers. The restaurant has a team of very active workers ready to deliver orders at lightning speed. One customer found the restaurant expensive and had a negative experience with missing fries in their order. Another customer prefers driving to a different branch due to portion size issues. The food was fresh and hot, surprising a customer who had a bad experience at another location.
