“The food is absolutely great but tbh as a Google Reviewer, I have to always speak on Customer Service and Employee actions. The Employees at this site are absolutely great. I stopped going to Zaxbys a few years ago because of Employee actions at another location and how the food was being presented. But I stopped in this one on Cypress Gardens because not alot of restaurants carry the "Flavored" soda machines and I'm an avid Diet Coke w/Lime drinker. I ordered a large, got the cup and proceeded to make. I was having alot of difficulty with the machine as I am one hand disabled. "James" who like to be called "Tay" immediately assisted me, took my cup and asked my drink flavor, made it for me, smiled and asked if anything else was needed? Thats it for me!! I have returned almost DAILY since if for nothing else but my drink and he knows what I drink lol. Michelle was nice enough to give me his info so I could write this and also shares daily smiles and conversation with myself and other customers. Note to Zaxbys......(Please bring back the fried mushrooms) Continue to hire and keep wonderful employees as a few of your other locations should take example from this one because believe it or not, customers frequent food establishments for the service to be as wonderful as the food! Kudos to Zaxbys (Cypress Gardens), Michelle , all the employees and "Tay" continue to be YOU because you're a huge part of why I will always go there!“
“Food is excellent. And the cashier, Sharlene, that took our order is a steller customer service representative. Super friendly and bubbly. Her energy is infectious and brightens my day. She most definitely needs a raise. The store was quiet when we ordered to go but still just as bright and lively. And most importantly, its super close to me and easy to get to.“

“Excellent quality of food. The tacos and burritos are authentically Mexican and delicious! The owners are very attentive and friendly and the service is also fast. On top of that, the prices are very good too. We are glad that we stay close to home. :)“

“I love chicken strips and I eat them frequently. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed these! The grilled were great and the fried were delicious. The sauces for dipping were surprisingly awesome! We had magoo, garlic parmesan, lemon pepper and ranch. The coleslaw, fries and bread were very good. The ordering process was slow and our cashier seemed new. The wait was a bit long and the only table was not wiped down. The hot, delicious food really made me forget about all that. We will definitely be back.“

“It did take a while to get service. When she did come, though, she was very friendly, big smile. Got our food ready and to us fast. It was hot and crispy. We also enjoyed how everyone was getting along so well, joking and laughing. Pitching in to help each other.“
“Not bad!!I was iffy trying Zaxby's for the wings only because I cannot recall last time I ate here and the last time I ate here I had chicken strips.The drive thru was busy on a sunday. I ordered the 5 wings (flats) with the crinkle fries and toast with a drink it came out to $11 ish.They automatically give u a container of ranch sauce to dip your wings in. I requested a salad pack of blue cheese - They wanted 25 cents for it but ended up giving it for free.I had the mild buffalo sauce drip on my wings I requested flats and the intercom stated they cannot guarantee but will do their best to give me all flats.I ended up getting all 5 flats (no extra charge) - The wings were not bad for a fast food place. I will def come back here again and order the wings.“
