The staff was hateful. They upcharged me for my drinks and I had to get the manager involved which REALLY made the staff mad and she showed it towards me. The food was burned terribly, which I didn't notice until I got home because we got our food to go and SHAME ON ME because I didn't CHECK IT BEFORE I (you) LEFT (leave)!!! It was my second time going to Zaxbys in the last 5 years.. we both got the Asian Salad.. it was okay.. neither of us felt super great after eating it but didn't get sick.. just was okay. The employees were very nice though.
