I stopped by Taco Bell in Lake Wales yesterday on my way home from a road trip. I had a strange issue with my card. My banking app initially showed the transaction as declined, so I called the restaurant to let them know because I wanted to make sure everything was handled honestly.
I spoke with Ms. Settle, and she was kind and helpful while trying to figure out what happened. My bank later told me there was a pending charge for $16.37, so hopefully it all gets sorted out....read full review

Nice experience taking kids to a quick supper. Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food came quickly; one omitted item was immediately made and brought to us. Drink dispenser was missing a couple options. We’ll be back!
