“We’ve came here for years and as always the food is superb! But special shout out to Chelsea our server for being on the ball and ensuring we and our little one were taken care of! You couldn’t find a better server and she definitely is a hidden gem!!”

“My husband and I went to the Cheese Shop and Deli for the first time. We had the best sandwiches. I had the turkey and cheese Panini on marble rye and my husband had the Cuban sandwich. The staff was so friendly and Grace, the owner, came out to each table to speak to the customers. A great local place for some great food. I think we found our new favorite sandwich shop.”

“We stopped by this restaurant to explore both Lao and Thai cuisine and were impressed by the variety of authentic dishes. We ordered Sai Gok Moo (traditional Lao and Northeastern Thai pork sausage), Khao Piek Khao (Lao rice porridge/congee), Laab (a flavorful minced meat salad with fresh mint, cilantro, lettuce, and cucumber), Kon Na Moo Kob (a popular Thai street food featuring crispy pork belly stir-fried with Chinese broccoli), and Chicken Fried Rice.

Everything we tried was delicious, making for a wonderful dining experience. Our favorite dishes were the Chicken Fried Rice and Kon Na Moo Kob. The fried rice was perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor, while the pork belly was exceptionally crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and paired beautifully with the fresh Chinese broccoli.

Beyond the food, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We especially appreciated that the lady who served us was dressed in traditional Lao attire, which added an authentic cultural touch to the experience. It made us feel as though we were enjoying not only a great meal but also a glimpse into Lao culture.
Overall, this is an excellent restaurant with delicious, authentic food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily return to try more of the menu.”

“Amazing spot! I live 45 mins away, but I'll definitely be back! Nicest staff I've ever met, owner was there busing tables, delivering drinks, talking to everyone in the place, so great! We tried the scallops, haddock and grouper, it was all fabulous! Drinks were amazing (mom was tipsy off 1 margarita lol), jump off was nice n spicy! 10 out of 10 would recommend!”

“Tried out a new place for dinner with friends n lake wales. The service was good! The dining area is large to accommodate families or groups of friends! BOGO margaritas 🍹 were spot on! The chicken fajitas were sizzling hot with grilled veggies and another plate full of the fixings! CHIPS AND FRESH SALSA are complimentary as well as yummy. Would recommend”

“The appetizers are all amazing. She recommended the fried jalepenos and they were sooooo good. Not spicy but full of flavor. The nachos with beef were great, the cheese curds were so good. The food was ok. Mashed potatoes were definitely instant. the steaks were lackluster and thin. probably more like a 5 ounce ribeye than 8. Just lacked flavor. My husband liked his chicken fried chicken. The brown gravy needs work. I don't think that was homemade. Tasted jarred. The collard greens were excellent with the special pepper vinegar they have. The boys didn't like their food. They ordered a wrap, a mushroom swiss burger and bbq. My daughter loved her chicken and my son's hot dog was huge. The prices were really high for what you get. The apps are worth it, though. We stopped here because as usual, Cherry Pocket was slammed. Gotta get there early. The lady who waited on us was a bit abrupt towards my son for not speaking loud enough. She fussed at him. He is 16 and had a brain injury when he was younger. He cannot speak louder. We actually almost walked out because of her attitude towards him. She even looked at him and was like um no you weren't. The place is loud, anyway. We probably will not be back. But again, the apps are good.”

“I lived in Lake Wales for over twenty years and I love Al’s Place the friendliest bar in town, remind me of the old tv show “Cheers “ when everyone knows your name. The beer is cold, the food delicious and they give you plenty. On your first trip there you will get initiated with the yardstick and become a member of the family group. My son and daughter got me back in Pennsylvania as I age to see that I have proper care, but promise me every so often the would bring me back to Lake Wales to visit all my old friend. Looking forward to February at when they celebrate the the holiday Mardi Gras and have a great time with all my old friends…..It’s a pleasure…Thank You.”

We were ⏱️promptly 🙋🏾‍♀️greeted at the 🚪door by Harvest 🙂(That’s a kewl name!), who was also our server. We ✍️ordered a round of 🥤drinks and gave the crotch 🧌🧟goblins time to 🤔make up their 🧠minds on what they wanted to 🍴🧃eat. We ✍️ordered some chips and 🌶️salsa! The 🌶️salsa is tasty and has just the 🤏right amount of 🌶️spicy for 🤌everyone at the table. The 🌪️fournado ordered the mac n 🧀cheese with 🍚rice, while the 7️⃣going on 1️⃣1️⃣ year old ordered ♨️grilled 🧀cheese and celery sticks. The 😍babelicious, 🔥hawt 👰‍♀️wife ordered the 🚫🦴boneless 🐓wing basket tossed in mild sauce, with a ✌️double side of curly 🍟fries while her 🧓🏻elderly, decrepit old 🚹man ordered a traditional 🐓wing basket with curly 🍟fries and cole slaw. Mine were a 🤌dry rub of Cajun Ranch. 😋 The 🐓wings were 😳HUGE (especially by today’s standards) and 😋delicious!! The 🍟fries were good and the cole slaw has a 🤩sweetness to it that was enjoyable! The ♨️grilled 🧀cheese was a hit with the 🐒crumb snatcher 4000 🙄(who didn’t order it) while 🦍grumpy 👖pants decided that the real 🧀cheese they used wasn’t to his liking. 🫤 🫢Trying to get a 🥄sample of the mac n 🧀cheese from the 🌪️fournado would be a 🚫❗️violation of the ⛑️safety clause in my life insurance policy, sooo… it l👀ked good!?! All in all, it was a 🙌great experience that met the 🙀pangs we were having for 🐓wings! We also ordered the dynamite roll wich is one of the signatures and suppose to be one of their best one , but to start with the description doesn't have any egg and the topping was egg made literally in a microwave honestly I didn't even try it since I returned was 16.95 for it.Naaa... We had also ordered Booba teas and our order was to go and had to wait 20!-25 mnts ..And the boba where done in less than. 3 mnts so we ask the lady to with put them on a freezer , well she took the ice out and gave us in the same drink. which I didn't wasnt a qualuty costumer service..JUST LIKE that unbelievable...I can say the lady was very nice and Friendly but the management or owners must get in top of a sushi chef and also get a different strategy for to go orders... We end up buying sushi in other place!!!”

“Marco's delivered a pizza big enough for my whole family to be filled in under 20 minutes delivery time. The pizza was gone almost instantly. The value there is high due to the delivery time, taste and quality of pizza. I've never only eaten Marco's Pizza at home, so I don't know what the atmosphere is like closer to their kitchen”
