I lived in Lake Wales for over twenty years and attended Al’s Place on a regular basis and let me tell you that it is a place like the old TV series “Cheers”…where everyone knows your name. It’s by far the friendly bar in town. Had to stop in and check out their breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. Marilyn and I both got one and it was pretty good. This comes with french fries but we also got some onion rings and some coleslaw. You just have to be aware this is cash only no credit cards. The waitress was really nice and took good care of us.
