“My doordash order was spectacular. I can't say that about one of the other locations where the manager and workers do not know what an apology is. My training during my 40 years of customer service was to own mistakes. It really does go a long way and quashes most issues at the point of the apology. I purposely chose this store to see if the service would be better. I must say they did not disappoint. The order was filled to perfection! A heartfelt thank you.“
