Taco Bell in Kissimmee

“This has to be one of the best Taco Bell’s I have ever been to in Florida! I got a simple meal nothing crazy; Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Fresca and a Cheesy Double Beef Burrito. Normally I get this and it’s hit or miss in Tampa and in even Miami which is not shocking at all but on Pleasant Hill Road? Those workers are making those burritos with pure love! Each bite ratio had the perfect amount of beef, cheese, chips, rice and sour cream down to the very last drop! Pure bliss eating, I always look forward to going to this specific Taco Bell because NO OTHER, I mean NO OTHER Taco Bell does it better than this💛“

“Taco Bell is pretty consistent with the quality of food. Can't live without a couple of tacos or a Mexican pizza once in a while. I will say that the Taco Bell closest to me, I have to skip because the last couple of times we went in the food dripped with grease. That being said, I'll drive out of my way for my guilty pleasure.“

“The food was as good as Taco Bells food can get. Service was good but no one in the kitchen area was wearing hair nets. And these crew members are always carrying on like they are hanging out in the lobby. Drama needs to be in the back, not in the lobby.They're the best Taco bell in the area so I will be back.“

update : only night crew has the best energy, i went in today around 5pm and not only was i given attitude when i asked for fresh nacho fries but i was given the wrong items on my order . on top of that literally everything was cold, not just the nacho fries . i wish i wouldve checked before making it to my location because now i wont be able to go have my order fixed and make it back in time to actually eat . so now i know that if i want the service i had the first time to only show up at night when the better shift is there“

“This was my first time ever going to this Taco Bell and I honestly had the best experience.

The guy in the drive-thru, Mason, was amazing. Super friendly, great attitude, and just made the whole interaction enjoyable. When he asked if I wanted to round up for a donation (which I never do), his personality and service were so good that I actually said yes… and that literally never happens.

When I pulled up to pick up my food, a really sweet girl greeted me and handed me my order. I mentioned I was missing the verde sauce and she immediately apologized and gave me a card for a free taco. Like… what?! That kind of service is rare and so appreciated.

Everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Such a great first experience — I’ll definitely be back!!!!

“We were greeted with a smile upon entering. That is always a plus in my book. My daughter and I never know what we are getting (that drives my husband crazy!) -thank heavens he wasn't there! We choose something different almost every time we eat at TB. That did not upset the employee. Our food was prepared quickly and correctly. This was amazing. We were there at dinnertime.
