Don't know what it is about this place. Management needs to step in and improve the level of service, as well as the professionalism of all the employees goofing around.
I never had a bad experience at this location bit tonight was diffrent i was trying to place a order online but the application was giving me some issues so i decided to drive to the location and when placing the order i was ordering an item they said was only available online but i explained that the application was giving me errors and would not allow me to place order and the another worker starter talking rudely over the other employee that i was placing the order with over...read full review
Mason was extremely helpful, i was struggling with the app and he helped me figure out and solve the issue . extremely kind as well as the rest of the staff, this might have the be my designated taco bell from now on
update : only night crew has the best energy, i went in today around 5pm and not only was i given attitude when i asked for fresh nacho fries but i was given the wrong items on my order . on top of that literally everything was cold, not just the nacho fries ....read full review
