“I stopped by Taco Bell in Lake Wales yesterday on my way home from a road trip. I had a strange issue with my card. My banking app initially showed the transaction as declined, so I called the restaurant to let them know because I wanted to make sure everything was handled honestly.
I spoke with Ms. Settle, and she was kind and helpful while trying to figure out what happened. My bank later told me there was a pending charge for $16.37, so hopefully it all gets sorted out. Either way, I appreciate Ms. Settle's professionalism and friendly attitude. Thank you for your great customer service—and if it really does turn out to be free food, I guess that's one unexpected way to end a long road trip! God bless!“

“Delicious ice cream just around the corner from where I live. I usually get the they are so good. This is a great place if you have children. Very child friendly.

“In town for the weekend and had the best service and food! Lupa was amazing from when we walked in until we left! So sweet, so personal! We ended up eating here for breakfast both mornings because it was so great! We will definitely be back next year when we are in town! Thank you, Lupa, for our amazing service!“

“We went for the all you can eat fish fry on Friday. It was amazing. The fish was very light and breaded to perfection. The french fries were also very tasty if you’re looking for somewhere to go on a Friday night in Lake Wales, you can’t go wrong with fish fry Fridays“
