“This place has become my new fave here in South Lakeland! I've been 4 times now and each time it seriously just gets better! 😋 Both breakfast and lunch are delish. The servers are always friendly, fast and kind. Super clean environment. Highly recommend. This place is definitely not to be compared to the old diner prior - TOTALLY DIFFERENT OWNERS and you can taste the difference!! Oh and if you like fried pork chops and home fries, don't walk, RUN!!! Soooo good!“

“Our services was excellent. Ariel was fast and very welcoming. She took our order and went ubove and beyond.
She not only attended to all her customers, but helped her teammates with clearing their tables and restocking all with a smile on her face.
The food was cooked to perfection.
We definitely will be returning. Food service and good food with fair prices is hard to find these days.

“We've rediscovered IHOP this year. The food is great, clean restaurant, and the staff is super! Krista was our server this morning and she rocked it. We invited some friends to join us when they came in after us and Krista never missed a beat! We'll definitely be back!“

“This has been our been our go to for over a year. Food quality was good, service quick & Josie is an Angel. However, we’ve been there 2 of the last few weekends. First time, a cook & a waitress were arguing in the kitchen & she walked out after 10 mins screaming. Today the same thing only it was 2 males dropping the f-bomb over & over. I told Josie I don’t think we’ll be back for a while. I go to relax on a weekend & enjoy. Sorry but that’s my experience.“
