“This place has become my new fave here in South Lakeland! I've been 4 times now and each time it seriously just gets better! 😋 Both breakfast and lunch are delish. The servers are always friendly, fast and kind. Super clean environment. Highly recommend. This place is definitely not to be compared to the old diner prior - TOTALLY DIFFERENT OWNERS and you can taste the difference!! Oh and if you like fried pork chops and home fries, don't walk, RUN!!! Soooo good!“

“Sam was wonderful today. She sat me on a seat that even though it didn't have a plug so I could charge me cell, she did find one across from me. It was a station for the waitresses, but she still helped me. This place is packed with wonderful customer service personnel. I highly recommend this specific iHop.
My server was Tabitha and she went above expectations. She didn't mind me asking questions and she showed me some tricks on my food and drink. Tabitha is friendly, knowledable, caring, kind, and definitely more than patient with me asking questions.
Billy, the cook, was the only one this morning and even though they had quite a bit of costumers he still got my order correct and delicious 😋.
Gosh, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this specific iHop on South Florida Avenue in Lakeland, FL

“This has been our been our go to for over a year. Food quality was good, service quick & Josie is an Angel. However, we’ve been there 2 of the last few weekends. First time, a cook & a waitress were arguing in the kitchen & she walked out after 10 mins screaming. Today the same thing only it was 2 males dropping the f-bomb over & over. I told Josie I don’t think we’ll be back for a while. I go to relax on a weekend & enjoy. Sorry but that’s my experience.“
