“This place has become my new fave here in South Lakeland! I've been 4 times now and each time it seriously just gets better! 😋 Both breakfast and lunch are delish. The servers are always friendly, fast and kind. Super clean environment. Highly recommend. This place is definitely not to be compared to the old diner prior - TOTALLY DIFFERENT OWNERS and you can taste the difference!! Oh and if you like fried pork chops and home fries, don't walk, RUN!!! Soooo good!“

“Crystal provided outstanding service during our visit to IHOP! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our food came out quickly, our drinks were always refilled, and she had such a positive attitude that made the whole experience enjoyable. Great customer service like hers is hard to find. We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Crystal again! Thank you for making our visit so pleasant. 😊“

“Christina was my server this morning an she did so well with my child who is very specific on how he likes his food. Must recommend her every time. She mad sure our food was on point with everything we asked for. She approached us with a smile, upbeat personality. Our table was clean , floor was clean, dishes clean. We will be back. “This has been our been our go to for over a year. Food quality was good, service quick & Josie is an Angel. However, we’ve been there 2 of the last few weekends. First time, a cook & a waitress were arguing in the kitchen & she walked out after 10 mins screaming. Today the same thing only it was 2 males dropping the f-bomb over & over. I told Josie I don’t think we’ll be back for a while. I go to relax on a weekend & enjoy. Sorry but that’s my experience.“
