“I’ll be the first to admit my history with this Applebee’s has been a rollercoaster—I’ve had bad experiences, good ones, and I even had a 1-star review sitting in my drafts before. But I deleted that, and I’m leaving this 4-star review instead because my last two orders have genuinely stepped up their game.
Management is clearly dialed in. She made sure I got extra sauces, dressings, and sides on everything without me even having to ask twice. That kind of attention to detail goes a long way, especially when you’re already getting an awesome deal—two full entrees plus an appetizer for only $25 is hard to beat. She didn't have to go that far, but she did, and I truly see and appreciate the effort.
I’m not quite at a 5-star yet (still gun-shy from past misses), but this is a massive turnaround. Thank you to the management team for restoring my faith a little—keep this energy up and you’ll earn that fifth star next time! 😜“

“First timer, only went there because the wife wanted to stop there (she's been there before). I VERY much enjoyed it. Got the Cheese ButterBurger w/fries. The burger was a little thin but the flaver made up for it. AND, much to my surprise, they have Custard Ice Cream! Something I haven't had in years. And, they make it fresh there. Overall, it was a good experience and yes, I will definetly go back!“

“We went to eat lunch before we went on our activity for the day. This place had one of the best burgers I have ever had. It wasn't dry and that's important to me. They were not skimpy with toppings and omg but the fries! Plenty of them in a large! We had three people eating on them and there was still some left over. I would definitely come here again and eat.“

“Culver’s does everything a fast food restaurant should do! They give you quick service and deliver your food to your table and they are so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The smash burgers paired with a chocolate Custard is a dream mouth watering treat 😁 the food here knocks my socks off!

“Listen. I am a snobby burger snob. Burgers are pretty much the only reason I could not be full-blown vegetarian. Super Duper Spot has THE best smash burgers in Lakeland. I'd argue theirs are the best in central Florida. So simple. SO perfect. Great prices, but honestly, I'd pay a lot more. That's how great they are.“

“This was our first time trying Steak ’n Shake, and we really enjoyed it! The burgers were so good, and the milkshakes were amazing. The soda was great too, and overall, we loved the food and would definitely recommend it.
The only thing that could be improved is the fries. It would be nice if sauce packets and small salt packets were included even when they are not specifically requested when ordering on the app. The fries tasted a little plain without them.
Other than that, everything was awesome, and we would happily order from here again!“

“This has been our been our go to for over a year. Food quality was good, service quick & Josie is an Angel. However, we’ve been there 2 of the last few weekends. First time, a cook & a waitress were arguing in the kitchen & she walked out after 10 mins screaming. Today the same thing only it was 2 males dropping the f-bomb over & over. I told Josie I don’t think we’ll be back for a while. I go to relax on a weekend & enjoy. Sorry but that’s my experience.“

Huge shoutout to Brittany, Iemma, and Archavia—super friendly, professional, and clearly on top of their game. You can tell when a team actually cares, and it shows here. Service like that makes a difference.
Food was on point, order was accurate, and the whole process was smooth. Definitely one of the better Wendy’s locations I’ve been to. I’ll be back for sure.“
