Eggs27 Breakfast&Lunch, now known as Egg House Grill, remains a hidden gem that offers delicious food in a quiet and laid-back atmosphere. Their dishes, such as the Colorado omelette, are made to order and bursting with flavor. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and hardworking, providing excellent service. The restaurant has a "home-made" feel, making it a perfect spot for casual meals and meetups. Portions are generous, and prices are reasonable, making it a favorite for many. Customers especially enjoy the great service, tasty food, and large portions, with some visiting frequently for breakfast and lunch. The all-you-can-eat fish fry on Friday is also highly recommended, with light, breaded fish and tasty french fries. Despite a slightly awkward access off Hwy 27, most find the effort well worth it for the quality experience.
