“This was the best subway experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been getting subway religiously for 30 years. The kind lady with the pink Subway hat was the absolute best, she provided extra care to make sure my sandwich was perfect. I went to the subway in front of LegoLand over the weekend and that store did not do nearly a good job. I honestly had chalked it up to just modern day lack of customer service, but man today restored my faith in a fantastic subway sub! I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.“

The service, as is often the case at Subway, was disappointing: no greeting, no empathy, and the staff didn’t seem interested in the customer.“
“I ate there with my son 5/07/2026 with my sin around 9:30 pm. Store was clean and had a full staff of 3 workers who treated my son and I very well. The worker named Bryan. Made our sandwiches perfectly and was extremely kind and personable. We will be going back again with my whole family. Thank you Bryan“
