They were handling a large online order but stayed calm, friendly, and engaged with every customer. Their professionalism and upbeat demeanor made the experience even better.

I find what I want to eat at the moment. They have some very delicious sandwiches, especially for people who are on a diet and for those who are not.
It's fast and efficient
It has different options and it is very good, clean and the girls who serve me are very friendly.“

“We came in with a lot of sandwich orders, and Fabian handled it like a pro. He worked so fast but still made every single sandwich exactly how we wanted. No stress, no mistakes—just great service with a friendly attitude the whole time. You could tell he was really focused on getting everyone taken care of quickly without sacrificing quality.

“You know, five stars for the crew working lunch on 12/31/25…the three women on shift were friendly, efficient, and not stingy at all with the ingredients. I didn’t get their names but all three were the friendliest staff I’ve encountered here since I moved to the area 2 1/2 years ago. Well done!“

“My only thing about this place, when you visit is ... that the front side main street entrance door is always closed. So, if your not a local visitor. Then you have to know to ... enter & park via the back door side of this place. I'm not sure if is a security issue or something else. But, other than that, is a good spot and the food is fresh and good.“

“Pleasantly surprised to find great staff and good food at reasonable prices around 8-9 pm. They don’t sell soup, but the service rep kindly recommended other few places that serve soup. If I visit Orlando again, then I’ll definitely visit this Subway location!“

“Seems that this location has had bad reviews for years and nothing is done to fix it. High turnover rate. I almost see someone new every month. They are overworked. They close when they want to close. Many hospital workers rely on this location for our lunch. They close early almost every time I want to come. I have resorted to ordering online. Even after I placed my order I walked by and the employee was already half way through putting everything away. My order was placed around 9:20pm and he didn’t see it before closing up. So I had to remind him to check the online orders because he didn’t see mine. Thankfully he took some stuff back out to complete my order and I was able to eat. Another employee bursted into tears after a nurse was questioning why they were closing early(30 min early). They never have lettuce towards the end of their shift. This is a terrible location and managed very poorly. The hospital should shut them down and bring in something else. I’d take Jimmy John’s over Subway.

Edit: changed from my 1 star review. they have gotten better and my favorite employee is Steven. Always kind and friendly despite how busy he is. He definitely turned the place around and deserves a raise!“

“From the time my Husband and I stepped into this location Ari was very professional attentive knowledgeable courteous patient and just a wonderful person. The restaurant was very clean food preparation area was clean food was fresh and made to perfection by Ari. I will definitely visit this location and I highly recommend it! Thank you Ari for being an example and exceptional person this is how customer service should be presented at all restaurants.“

“I really love eating at subway, but this time I went to pick up food as I work as delivery as a part time, apparently this order was picked up already and the older lady told me as I sat down to cancelled the order, at the same time customer texted me asking what was going on, I let him know what the lady had told me, I go back to the counter another lady comes up to me, I was trying to explain when the older lady very arrogant and very rudely came up to me and her coworker and explained in a very bad tone, I just listened and then ask if I could explain what customer told me, the lady Very kindly replied and excused herself for the older lady attitude, I don’t like to write reviews, but reading the other reviews seeing how she treated those little kids that ended up traumatized on there vacations just because this woman can’t handle her anger, she should NOT be working in customer service, it looks very bad for the store and pushing away regular customers, NOT good at all 😡 I really feel so bad for the the lady that works with her and has to deal with the mess the older lady makes, she should get some help, is not good for her health throwing her anger to others, she will see the consequences on her own health. Please to the company, do something about it it doesn’t look good for the company 🧐“

“My tummy is one happy tummy. I order the classic spicy Italian with provolone. Ariel was the artist behind my delicious footlong. She has a very contagious smile. Just perfect. I used coupons I clipped from the newspaper and was a bit embarrassed to use them but Ariel made me feel like a rockstar hehe. I’m glad she was there. She will be there for you too.“
