This young lady helped this sweet customer walk to his car with his food, she didn’t hesitate and jumped into action! I love when I see the employees at this location because they’re always so genuine. The world needs this right now. The other workers told me her name is Allison. Go Allison! I’m rooting for your success.“

“I really like this fast food place
I find what I want to eat at the moment. They have some very delicious sandwiches, especially for people who are on a diet and for those who are not.
It's fast and efficient
It has different options and it is very good, clean and the girls who serve me are very friendly.“

“We came in with a lot of sandwich orders, and Fabian handled it like a pro. He worked so fast but still made every single sandwich exactly how we wanted. No stress, no mistakes—just great service with a friendly attitude the whole time. You could tell he was really focused on getting everyone taken care of quickly without sacrificing quality.

Honestly, it’s rare to see someone keep up that pace and still make you feel like a valued customer. Fabian crushed it today!“

“This Subway is ABOVE all Subways I have ever seen in my years of life. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. My sandwich maker Ryan was absolutely professional and courteous. I had to stop and tell the Manager, the District Manager and all the supporting Managers that they "ALL" are deserving of a personal compliment from me. This place was so clean that I was looking for anything that may look out of place to say "they missed this area", but no avail. The General Manager should definitely take a bow. “I came here at 1 am for a sub only one guy working. He was in the process of making like four online orders by himself. He had the place extremely spotless probably the cleanest subway I've ever stepped foot in. There was a Uber eats driver in front of me that didnt know English and the worker was extremely patient with him and helped him make sure the order was right even with a language barrier the subway employee made sure to respectfully and patiently help the driver get the correct things. He was extremely nice to me and made my sub super well. This guy is the sole reason I'll be coming back here instead of the wawa down the road for more sandwiches. Ive never seen someone at this late at night working with such a positive attitude. I forgot to ask his name but whoever is working tonight 1 am on 12/22/25 give that man a raise.“

“You know, five stars for the crew working lunch on 12/31/25…the three women on shift were friendly, efficient, and not stingy at all with the ingredients. I didn’t get their names but all three were the friendliest staff I’ve encountered here since I moved to the area 2 1/2 years ago. Well done!“

“Pleasantly surprised to find great staff and good food at reasonable prices around 8-9 pm. They don’t sell soup, but the service rep kindly recommended other few places that serve soup. If I visit Orlando again, then I’ll definitely visit this Subway location!“

“Seems that this location has had bad reviews for years and nothing is done to fix it. High turnover rate. I almost see someone new every month. They are overworked. They close when they want to close. Many hospital workers rely on this location for our lunch. They close early almost every time I want to come. I have resorted to ordering online. Even after I placed my order I walked by and the employee was already half way through putting everything away. My order was placed around 9:20pm and he didn’t see it before closing up. So I had to remind him to check the online orders because he didn’t see mine. Thankfully he took some stuff back out to complete my order and I was able to eat. Another employee bursted into tears after a nurse was questioning why they were closing early(30 min early). They never have lettuce towards the end of their shift. This is a terrible location and managed very poorly. The hospital should shut them down and bring in something else. I’d take Jimmy John’s over Subway.

Edit: changed from my 1 star review. they have gotten better and my favorite employee is Steven. Always kind and friendly despite how busy he is. He definitely turned the place around and deserves a raise!“

“The man working at the register on 06/20/25 @ 2 pm is wonderful. Great customer service. Usually when I go to subway they look they don’t want to work there but he had a great attitude. Man who made my sandwhich (different man) was nice, was not as nice though. Food was hot and fresh almost burnt my tounge haha. Overall nice and rare experience for a subway.“

“My tummy is one happy tummy. I order the classic spicy Italian with provolone. Ariel was the artist behind my delicious footlong. She has a very contagious smile. Just perfect. I used coupons I clipped from the newspaper and was a bit embarrassed to use them but Ariel made me feel like a rockstar hehe. I’m glad she was there. She will be there for you too.“
