“Im just going to need an apology from the woman that worked last night, Jan 6, 2026. She closed the store like 45 minutes early. Sweet as she is, she didn’t feel like baking some cookies for my family and I. She found every which way to talk herself out of having to do that. She ended up giving me two bags of chips on the house though.

Come on though, close at 10. Can we stay open till then too?

I get it, no one wants to do this play anymore but can a brother still get some chocolate chip cookies.

I stopped by Subway today, and I have to say that Brooke’s service was absolutely amazing! She was working all by herself, yet she took care of everyone in line with such patience, kindness, and professionalism.

If Subway had more employees like Brooke, I’m sure customers would leave feeling truly appreciated and happy. She handled everything so well, even while managing everything on her own.

I really hope Subway recognizes and rewards Brooke for her hard work, especially when she’s going above and beyond when it’s needed most.

My kids could not have been happier ! Low prices as well ! I recommend this subway as one of the very best in Florida to all my family+friends !“

“I’d pay extra just to keep the subway atmosphere here, the inside of this subway is always extremely clean and I love the atmosphere of it. It just feels like a subway pre covid! The workers here are super kind, super amazing, and never look like they’re miserable to be there like other subways I’ve been to. “Favorite subs are meatball, sweet onion chicken teriyaki, and the turkey (but they have more and also the option to create your own, which it's always a good option). Favorite bread is the Italian herb and cheese. I love the Chipotle southwest wrap and the double chocolate cookies as well as the macadamia ones, but the oatmeal and raisins are good, too. The restaurant has nice seating and fast service, and the associates are friendly and well known for the menu items as well. With a good variety of sandwiches and wraps, healthy food and sides, I have to recommend this restaurant if you want a healthy option of food in your lunch break or if you want a light snack.“

“Me and my daughter went in there, and there was a man in front of us who was disrespecting the associate. The GM told him he will not tolerate that and stood up for his associate. The man kept on and the GM refused to help him anymore. They gentleman took a picture of the GM. But the GM handled the whole situation amazingly!! Will be back.“

I just want Mr.Tony to be recognized for the good work that he didn’t even tho his employees were rude… (around 1 pm)“

“I honestly don’t know what the other reviews have going on but I live next door from here and have been going to this subway for years and not once have they disappointed me, my food is always made to perfection i usually do pickup orders so that my food is ready when I walk in. Friendly employees. I don’t know what else to say I get my food and go to enjoy my meal at home never had one problem here, this is the best subway I ever go too. I even have to order extra for my two year old. Whenever I’m craving a sub I know exactly where to go.!“

“Young man working Saturday night had to deal with guys outside playing cards that took a drink cup without paying. He handled it very professionally, got the payment and hand shakes from the guys. Very clean location and two great employees.“

“CAN’T WAIT TO RETURN TO THIS ORLANDO SUBWAY

Recently, after visiting my neighborhood supermarket, I stopped at a nearby Subway Restaurant to pick up a couple of quick meals for my family and me. It was a Wednesday afternoon close to lunchtime. Considering the neighborhood, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and refreshing the facility was.

The young Subway server welcomed me into the restaurant and quickly took my order. I asked what was new at Subway these days. The server mentioned that Corporate recently added four new “Fresh Fix” subs to the menu. They all looked and sounded promising, and I assured her that I would definitely try one on my next visit. But today, I ordered a full meatball marinara with pepper jack cheese and extra sauce. The marinara sauce is so good that I wish the Company had marketed it as a stand-alone product. My second sub was a whole fresh tuna fish salad with the works.

Since I did not request toasting for either sub, my entire experience took less than twenty minutes. Placing my order was hassle-free, as all of the embellishments were out in the open and easy to see. While I purchased the meatball sub primarily for me, both subs were delicious, and their combined cost was reasonable.

I appreciated the restaurant’s cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the quick and thorough ordering process, and above all, the freshness and taste of the subs. Thank you, Subway. I definitely plan to return, and please consider marketing the marinara sauce on its own.“

“We had a great experience at Subway! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my sandwich was made exactly the way we requested. The ingredients were fresh, the vegetables were crisp, and everything tasted delicious.

The team worked efficiently while still providing excellent customer service, making the entire visit enjoyable from start to finish. It’s always nice to find a place where the food is consistently good and the employees genuinely care about the customer experience.

“What an excellent experience I had today! I ordered a tuna bowl and the man that prepared it for me was fast, thorough, and very friendly. I must say this is a very different experience than I had a year ago at this location. I hope that you are paying this man well and that his hard work does not go unnoticed. “My family of 8 went in this week to eat during our vacation from south Jersey and I must say this Subway is well maintained, clean and the sandwich I had made by the employee Sherri was soooo good I ended up eating the entire foot long sandwich.
