“This is amazing. I’m not sure the name of the person that made the sandwiches for us. He was new but was patient and very nice to us! However to the manager with the red hair and tattoos needs to learn how to treat her employees better. She comes in and he goes to greet her and she interrupts and says “get back to work.” Then proceeds to yell at the maintenance man who is fixing their soda machine. While making sandwiches she was also degrading the new employee. Miss girl, if you don’t know how to talk to people then don’t manage in customer service!“

“This Subway was in the Orlando Regional Medical Center, and because Subway has a atmosphere that is special to its stores, it was nice to be able, to momentarily step out of the hospital environment and into a comfortable one that only Subway can provide. And as always, that smell of fresh bread and thought of getting food that isn't processed was key too..BTW, try the new Beast sub, its very similar to one they used to have back in the days called the Feast (funny how the names are similar) , its a heck of a meaty sub.and damn good!“

“I found Eating House on Instagram and couldn't wait to try it. We went for Thursday's burger special and were very happy with our choices! Their fries are so crispy and the waitress recommended two different sauces: spicy ranch & a white carbonara type sauce. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. I can't wait to go back and try their Tuesday chicken specials & Wednesdays Pasta deals.“

“Meatball Sandwich was hot, tasty, lots of great tasting marinara sauce, good proportion of cheese, bread was so hot and soft and the meatballs were so tasty and medium sized. The customer service was excellent. This entire experience made me remember how good Subway is now to those old days of yesterday in California and New York City. Really an awsome experience of nostalgia mixed in with excellence.“

“Went here a couple weeks ago the service was absolutely fantastic. Completely went above and beyond. “I haven’t been into a Subway in a very long time. I was awarded a gift card and stopped at the closest one to my office on the way home from work. My first observation was how clean every aspect of the store was. The ingredients were plentiful and perfectly displayed. The very nice and helpful lady that worked with me was great. She laughed that I was like a kid in a candy store because me and my husband were so amazed at how far Subway has come.“

“Favorite subs are meatball, sweet onion chicken teriyaki, and the turkey (but they have more and also the option to create your own, which it's always a good option). Favorite bread is the Italian herb and cheese. I love the Chipotle southwest wrap and the double chocolate cookies as well as the macadamia ones, but the oatmeal and raisins are good, too. The restaurant has nice seating and fast service, and the associates are friendly and well known for the menu items as well. With a good variety of sandwiches and wraps, healthy food and sides, I have to recommend this restaurant if you want a healthy option of food in your lunch break or if you want a light snack.“

“Lauren at this location is a rock star!!! She always has a whole bunch of people in the store but they’re always sitting down eating because she’s good at what she does and she’s the only one there. Today I went around 2pm busy rush She literally did five orders on her own and when I walked in there was no line which is the usual when she’s working. She had my sandwich ready minutes within ordering and it was supposed be ready at 2:05 and I picked up my sandwich at 1:47 and had 3 other sandwiches cooking at the same time! I keep coming back just because it’s faster than the drive thru. Subway give this woman a raise because she is a asset!!!“

“Service is always so speedy even when theres a lot of people in the line. The workers here are very thorough when asking questions about how you would like your sub and so kind even when under pressure. My grilled chicken sub was delicious! And I enjoy their cookies!“

“The guy was there by himself. Running behind on mobile orders with people waiting to place orders. But, it was the best sub I've had from Subway in quite some time. He did not get flustered and made our 4 subs like the sandwich artist he is. What a great worker you have here. Too bad he has to deal with so much stress from customers because of the wait. Everyone tonight waited patiently and gave him time to do his job. Unfortunately, you'll probably lose this employee. Like so many before that were good, they can find good work elsewhere with an employer that cares. Get these guys some late night help. Just think, you might double the number of subs that are made per hour if you do. This has been an issue for subway for many years. 30 years ago it didn't seem to be the case and stores were open until midnight or later. What happened?Kudos to the subway artist that made our subs tonight. I appreciate him taking his time and doing it right.“

“I like this subway, the bread is almost always made well (not overbaked) and the employees are nice.My only issue is the posted closing time is not honored. I tried to enter at 10:55 PM one night when they were closing at 11 and they wouldn't let me in. Had they done so, they would have found out that I was looking to just buy a cookie, but as it was the employee just shook his head no.Pay your employees past the closing time so they can keep the store open until closing time!!“

“This place is consistent and very clean. I have a love hate relationship with Subways due to their cleanliness but in the 8+ years I have lived in Avalon Park I can tell you this location is super clean. I go at least once every couple of weeks and it's just great. The service is great, the staff has a great attitude and they pay attention to detail. Subway sandwiches are always good so I won't comment on that as much. All in all this is a great location.“

“I visited this location 12/10/22. Female server all alone on a Saturday afternoon did a phenomenal job keeping up with the line. As simple as making a sandwich can be, many get it wrong but not her! “Nice, peaceful, quiet and quaint. The manager (or at least I think she was) knew people coming in by; name, occupation, last visit items and seemed very genuine and interested in her guests comings and goings in their own lives affairs. Small town charm! The younger girl and the guy too were great. I got my sandwich to go because I had water in the car and a long drive back to Brandon but instead I stayed in my car and ate and watched. People that may have even entered without, definitely left w A SMILE ON THEIR FACE!!! “This rating is for 1/9/24, Tuesday noon. I hadn't been in a while because it's usually backed up or missing items. That day I saw 2 new employees, or maybe just new to me, and they were crushing it. The gentleman working was super friendly even with people he wasn't assisting yet, and the lady that was helping with sandwich assembly kept up with his pace, remembering which sandwiches to charge for and was even able to cash out customers outside of sandwich line without holding anyone up. Excellent duo that day! I go during one of the busiest times, so it's normal to have a little wait, but the staff's positive vibes and great customer service helped make the time fly by. Hoping this is the new standard for this location!“

“Subway is a huge name in the sub sandwich game, but just because they have a big name does not mean that they are by being any means a great sandwich. I would further state that you can find better sandwiches from countless other places. But we should all know Subway and this particular location does seem to be a better location than other Subway locations.The staff here is friendly and professional. The location is clean and bright and overall inviting.Again, Subway will never be recognized as one of the great innovators of the culinary wonder known as the sandwich, but I also think there are tomes that we make Subway out to be worse than they are.Subway makes an okay enough sandwich. It is definitely more along the lines of a fast food version of a sub sandwich, but it is okay enough and this staff is friendly and only enhanced the experience. “I have been to this Subway multiple times and always leave It with a good opinion. The place is very clean and organized I must say. The sandwiches are incredible (particularly The Beast). The Sweet Onion Teriyaki sauce is delicious. Regarding customer service, it wasn’t very satisfactory today. The employee seemed to be in a hurry to take your order, even though I was the only customer. I don't understand the need to despair with an empty place.“

“Stopped mid lunch rush hour to get some subs. Place was busy but we were greeted and got helped quickly. Our subs were made promptly and exactly how we asked them to be mad.e we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. The restaurant is clean and lots of tables to sit and eat.“

“Young African American man was holding down the fort. By himself up front and trying the best he can. He was clearly overwhelmed but kept going. He was friendly and kept working despite the long line and the online orders coming in. I was impressed. He needs a raise or a promotion or both. “My order (meatball w/cheese) was ready and hot when I arrived to pick it up. The sauce was delicious and the meatballs were real-sized meatballs for a sub. The last time I went to a Subway was about 7 years ago. The one on Hwy 192, between Hoagland and Main Street, in Kissimmee, FL. That visit, the meatballs were the size of marbles. That was my worst Subway experience ever. Proof being, my 7 year hiatus from Subway. Although the price has gone up quite a bit, I now think the comparative value is back. “I don’t get how this place has less than 4 stars rating because it’s THE BEST Subway around, they’re friendly, fast, and one thing that surprised me was how they told me that they wouldn’t mind giving me a little bit more pf chipotle sauce for my sandwich and they were always willing to make costumers happy so they come back, and after that they said “have a good day, hope to see you more in here”. 2 weeks ago I went to the Subway at millenia boulevard and they were rude, impolite and unprofessional. “I've eaten from this Subway at least a few dozen times. The staff are prompt and polite. Some of them will go out of their way to make a quality, customized sandwich. The managers, John and Nathan, are friendly and will even have a conversation with you when the line is slow. Rarely they will run out of a certain bread or condiment but only when they've been abnormally busy. When no one is in line they additionally seal the food with glass covers. Excellent service.“

“I really appreciated the service I got today. It was around 2-3 pm, 6/11/21. I asked for marinara sauce on a sub that usually doesn’t use it, but it’s a common order that Subway accommodates for me. The girl was new and wasn’t familiar with this request yet, but quickly went with it and accommodated me. I know it’s hard being new and learning some of the nuances. Before I ordered, I witnessed this young lady and another young lady accommodate a few exacting customers, all the while demonstrating great poise, patience, and friendliness through it all. “Your sign says you close at 10 not 9. The young lady who was working on 08/08/23 at 9:00 pm kept telling people she was closed before 9. You had lots of people coming in. Not good for business to close before 10. You need more people working here especially in a touristy area. She was very friendly to the customers she was serving but again closing before what your sign states is not good and false advertisement.“

“Not usually impressed with Subway, however my husband and I decided to go on a whim for dinner on Thursday 01/09. We were greeted by Mauricio...what a gem! He said he had only been working there for a week or so, but he made us feel welcome and was smiling (which is unheard of typically). While I was being assisted, there was an extremely rude customer who'd entered a bit after me who was pretty much demanding response with her requests. I was totally fine with the sandwich artist having to focus on her at the same time. She was a mess, and he was having to take the abuse (which then started in on a second team member). The were still able to get my order completed exactly as I'd ordered it. All of the beverage selections were working on the dispenser, but I do wish they had iced tea as an option. “As I walked in to the subway which had been shut down for many months now I was greeted by a young lady named Rosa. She provided great Customer service prepared my meal and invited me back with a smile I can see through the mask. “The lines can be kind of long but luckily they have the correct number of stuff working to handle the busy crowd rush. The building is a little run down but it's okay if you need a quick fresh bite to eat on your way home. It is not very conveniently places though.“
