The workers here are super kind, super amazing, and never look like they’re miserable to be there like other subways I’ve been to. If you’re in the area and there’s a subway closer that isn’t this one I’d go the extra mile to go to this one. Excellent subway!“
“This is my favorite store, Lea is absolutely amazing, she goes above and beyond and then some! Everything is always so delicious and fresh, the bread is soft and tasty. We go here quite a bit but really because you cannot beat the food and the service. This is our go to sandwich stop!!! The management knows how to bring customers in and knows how to keep them :)“
“Favorite subs are meatball, sweet onion chicken teriyaki, and the turkey (but they have more and also the option to create your own, which it's always a good option). Favorite bread is the Italian herb and cheese. I love the Chipotle southwest wrap and the double chocolate cookies as well as the macadamia ones, but the oatmeal and raisins are good, too. The restaurant has nice seating and fast service, and the associates are friendly and well known for the menu items as well. With a good variety of sandwiches and wraps, healthy food and sides, I have to recommend this restaurant if you want a healthy option of food in your lunch break or if you want a light snack.“

“CAN’T WAIT TO RETURN TO THIS ORLANDO SUBWAY
Recently, after visiting my neighborhood supermarket, I stopped at a nearby Subway Restaurant to pick up a couple of quick meals for my family and me. It was a Wednesday afternoon close to lunchtime. Considering the neighborhood, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and refreshing the facility was.
The young Subway server welcomed me into the restaurant and quickly took my order. I asked what was new at Subway these days. The server mentioned that Corporate recently added four new “Fresh Fix” subs to the menu. They all looked and sounded promising, and I assured her that I would definitely try one on my next visit. But today, I ordered a full meatball marinara with pepper jack cheese and extra sauce. The marinara sauce is so good that I wish the Company had marketed it as a stand-alone product. My second sub was a whole fresh tuna fish salad with the works.
Since I did not request toasting for either sub, my entire experience took less than twenty minutes. Placing my order was hassle-free, as all of the embellishments were out in the open and easy to see. While I purchased the meatball sub primarily for me, both subs were delicious, and their combined cost was reasonable.
I appreciated the restaurant’s cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the quick and thorough ordering process, and above all, the freshness and taste of the subs. Thank you, Subway. I definitely plan to return, and please consider marketing the marinara sauce on its own.“
“The young girl was there working by herself and she was covered up with all the online orders and people standing in line she really could have used some help The Establishment was busy enough to have a second person on hand. It's pretty disappointing that every time I go to Subway the sandwiches keep getting smaller and smaller the bread was like footlong hot dog bun that's funny prices have gone up and the size of the sandwiches are shrinking while I'm on a roll I went to another Subway they have put stainless steel covers over the food so you can't make your choices and see what the food likes before it's put on your sandwich that's pretty disappointing. And I really do like subway but quality and quantities disappearing. Next thing you know subways will be gone or obsolete.“

“This was our first stop after arriving in Orlando. We didn't have any groceries yet so we went here for a late lunch / early dinner. We got a meatball sandwich and a turkey wrap. Server was very friendly and she had a lot to do by herself. Turkey-Avocado wrap was really big - I had some while there and saved the other half for later.

“I wanna give a shout out to Chris at this subway store on Lake Buena Vista next to Disney Springs, he has been by far the best customer service I’ve ever had at a subway, I know maybe for a lot of people it’s not a big deal but every single time I have been to a subway store here in Orlando the customer service has been shit, all the employees always have an attitude. They never look at you. They don’t really care to give you a good service and just wanna do your food and be done with it, I had one time one lady give me the worst attitude just because I asked her if she had a different kind of bread, the customer service I was given by Chris was exceptional, super kind and humble and it was all about connection, and I feel like when it comes to customer service, connection it’s what’s all about. “I just came from the theater with a friend we wanted to grab a bite it was around 9pm we saw a subway it's one of my favorite spots to eat especially as a kid we walked in the place was so clean and we meet Mia she was amazing in customer service as soon as we walked in she greeted us and took our order with the biggest smile I ordered the grilled chicken avocado I wanted to put a sauce on there besides the avocado she recommended the chipotle sauce on my sandwich omg it was killer she did an amazing job and my friend ordered a wrap chicken and ranch wrap I didn't even know subway makes wrap so that was exciting and she eat the whole thing she said it was fresh and the veggies were crunchy and she be the type to not eat anything or finish any of her food so I loved that and she went to the bathroom and she said she can literally eat off the floor the bathroom was so clean lol 5 star“

“Had a sign foot long with drink and chips 6.99. We got one meal like that only 6 inches 8.49. Then just a 6 inch sandwich again 8.49. When I asked about the deal she said oh that's not today. So I questioned why same price when one had no drink or chips she said you got chicken???!!“

“I’m a flight attendant for American Airlines, and I’m sure many of you have heard about the plane crash that occurred in Washington last week. It's been an incredibly tough time for all of us in the aviation community. This was my first week back at work, and I stopped by a Subway to grab a quick bite. Mario, the staff member working there, was so kind and welcoming. He immediately noticed I was feeling down and tried to cheer me up. He saw my uniform and asked me briefly if I enjoyed my job, to which I gave a short response.
While I was there, a customer politely asked me if I was a flight attendant, and I suddenly broke down in tears. The customer wasn’t rude or offensive at all—quite the opposite, he was respectful and understanding. But it was still so fresh for me. What really took me by surprise, though, was Mario. He asked if I needed a hug, and without hesitation, he came from behind the counter and embraced me. He even asked if he could pray for me.
I just want to say thank you to Subway for employing such a compassionate person. Mario not only brightens the day for customers, but he also offers a shoulder to lean on when it's needed most. I truly appreciate his kindness.“
“This subway has excellent customer service and great food quality. The environment inside subway is friendly and welcoming as well. I have spent countless lunch breaks in this particular subway to relax before heading back to work. However, this particular subway seems to consistently run out of product. For example, the other day I attempted to get the Black Forest Ham meal of the day. The employees informed me that they were out of this sandwich meat until next week. The same thing happened when I attempted to get American cheese on my sub the next day. I am unsure if there is a shortage or what is going on, but this has made me travel to the subway around a mile away.“

“I typically don’t write reviews, but I just had to share my experience after being helped by an incredible employee named Diamond. I was at this location with a hefty order of 6 footlongs, and I also had my service dog with me. From the moment I walked in, Diamond went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of.
Despite the long line and the rush of customers, Diamond handled everything with such grace and professionalism. While the other worker stepped away for a moment, she took charge and made all 6 subs in under 20 minutes—impressive, especially given how busy it was. But it wasn’t just her efficiency that stood out; it was her impeccable customer service. She made sure I had everything I needed and even checked in with me throughout the process, engaging in friendly small talk. She was genuinely kind and personable, and it made the experience feel less like a transaction and more like a thoughtful interaction.
What really impressed me, though, was how Diamond accommodated my service dog. She was incredibly mindful and respectful, making sure that my dog was comfortable while we waited. She didn’t hesitate to offer assistance or ensure the space was safe for both me and my dog, which made a world of difference. It’s not every day that you encounter someone who is so thoughtful and considerate, not just of the customer but of their needs as well.
Even with the store being packed, Diamond kept everything running smoothly. The place stayed clean and organized, and the other customers, who could have easily become impatient, were laughing along with her as she moved effortlessly between tasks. Her positive attitude and calm demeanor created an atmosphere that was surprisingly relaxed, even in the middle of a busy rush.
This visit was hands down better than any previous experience I’ve had at this location. Honestly, I believe the old manager should have been replaced a while ago. Diamond had everything under control, and her natural leadership skills were evident in how she managed the situation without letting the pressure get to her.
If anyone deserves to be the manager of this location, it’s definitely Diamond. She not only provides top-tier customer service, but she also manages to do so in a way that’s efficient, kind, and accommodating. The way she treats both customers and their service animals truly shows her level of professionalism and care.
I walked out not only impressed with how my 6 footlongs were made, but with how I was treated as a customer and how well Diamond managed the whole experience. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, and I’m so grateful for the attention and care she gave to both me and my dog.
