“A great option in Lake Wales!We live in Lakeland and have really been searching for a go-to spot for days we visit Bok Tower and I think we found it! This location is easily accessible with ample parking. It is a counter service restaurant where you order and pay at the counter and they bring the food out to you. Our food came out quick and was very fresh and my family of four ate for right around $50 including tip. The chicken tenders and fries were both fresh and crispy and seasoned well and the ranch was great too! My husband enjoyed his burger and there was a lot to choose from on the menu without being overwhelming. The staff was excellent— kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. There was just one very small mistake with our food and it was fixed within seconds and in a kind and respectful way by staff. “Had to stop in and check out their breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. Marilyn and I both got one and it was pretty good. This comes with french fries but we also got some onion rings and some coleslaw. You just have to be aware this is cash only no credit cards. The waitress was really nice and took good care of us.“
“I had not been to this IHOP in a very long time (couple of years) bc I had been disappointed about a few visits since when they had their grand opening.Tonight, my son asked to go there and I'm glad that the person who took care of us was, by far, the best ever. “This is a nice and quiet little family-friendly sports bar. The food portions are huge and the drinks are cheap. The burger could have been two sandwiches easily. I ordered the hurricane chicken, and while it was pretty good, i would have liked the barbeque sauce to be something more original. It tasted like any plain old store bought sauce. There's games and pool tables to keep everyone entertained. We'll definitely give this place another try. The menu had a lot of options that sound amazing!“
“Ordered a whopper in drive thru. I asked if they could make it fresh and they definitely delivered. My sandwich was so fresh and hot I could barely hold it. My toppings were also fresh and crisp. It was also neatly wrapped. Drive thru staff were friendly and courteous at both windows. If only the good could be like this at every fast food restaurant. “This tiny little unassuming place is a hidden gem. We happened to be in Lake Wales and stopped in for lunch. The food was all fresh and made to order. Absolutely fantastic. My blackened grouper didn't last long enough to be photographed. Nor did my wife's fish tacos. My sons got the alfredo and the beer battered cod. Both were reticent to share. Great portions and friendly staff. Makes you feel like a regular. Will definitely "happen to be" in Lake Wales more often.“
