Panera at lakes wales is exceptional! The food is well made, delicious and always fresh. But the most important part of this restaurant is their employees, I rarely leave reviews on restaurants, but the service I received here was above and beyond with Ebony (hope I’m spelling correctly) and Griselda. Very good service. Super nice.
Take out for lunch half sandwich - delicious- and chicken noodle soup. Should have listed as broth. One small noodle and sliver of carrot and no chicken. $4.99 for each of those items with tax so over $11. NOT HAPPY

Panera Bread is a new, beautiful, and clean store in the Lake Wales area. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and amazingly nice, exemplifying the spirit and culture of the company. Many customers visit once a week, often in the morning for breakfast items like bagels and a soft drink. The food is always fresh and orders are made to perfection. However, there are consistent issues with order accuracy, such as a missing bread bowl for a broccoli cheddar soup, and problems with customer service follow-up, leading to unhappy customers. Despite this, the staff's dedication to the mission statement and their over and beyond customer service is frequently appreciated.
