A little slower than expected, but all in all a good experience. They were out of the sub rolls so I opted for an unwhich and it was delicious. Everything was fresh and made correctly.
Not a bad Jimmy John's although I prefer their regular walk in restaurants.... This one is for drive thru or using the app on your phone only......I prefer face to face ordering......

The lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful when I wasn’t sure what to order. She asked me what my taste preferences were and made recommendations based on my preferences. Tiffany made my first experience very enjoyable.

Jimmy John's is a restaurant that prides itself on being "freaky fast" but unfortunately, this was not our experience. Our order took almost 10 minutes to prepare, and we were the only customers in line. On the other hand, a new location of Jimmy John's exceeded expectations. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and fast. The Turkey Toms sandwich was delicious, with fresh veggies and a perfect balance of flavors. The presentation was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Additionally, a dedicated employee, Jen, went out of her way to make a customer's day by delivering their order to their job. With excellent service, clean facilities, and swift preparation, Jimmy John's is a great destination for a quick and satisfying meal.
