Jimmy John's is a restaurant that prides itself on being "freaky fast" but unfortunately, this was not our experience. Our order took almost 10 minutes to prepare, and we were the only customers in line. On the other hand, a new location of Jimmy John's exceeded expectations. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and fast. The Turkey Toms sandwich was delicious, with fresh veggies and a perfect balance of flavors. The presentation was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Additionally, a dedicated employee, Jen, went out of her way to make a customer's day by delivering their order to their job. With excellent service, clean facilities, and swift preparation, Jimmy John's is a great destination for a quick and satisfying meal.
