“We stopped in around 2:15 and found the restaurant clean and appealing.The two women who were working were both friendly and engaging.The topping trays were full of fresh and appetizing meats, cheeses and vegetables. Our sandwiches were quickly prepared and were delicious.As a plus, I found the restrooms neat, clean and fully stocked with supplies.This is one of the nicest Subways I have been to in a long time. Hats off to the owner and especially the staff of this unit.“
“We go to this location on a weekly basis, usually on Tuesdays after my daughters dance class because it is her favorite place to eat. This location is always clean and the staff is always friendly. There is one gentleman in particular who is always wonderful. I do not know his name but he is there nearly everytime we come. He is Black with dreads(?) and a nose piercing. We really enjoy when he is there because he is so pleasant, which you do not often find in the fast food industry. He also is very patient with my 5 year old when she orders. Our only complaint is that they are often out of stock of cooler drinks (particularly chocolate milk) and they never have kids meals in stock (toys/games) anymore.“

“I had a great experience at Bach Lac Bakery and Boba. The place has an open and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff and cozy seating. The Vietnamese sandwiches are tasty and authentic, with fresh bread and flavorful fillings. The Vietnamese coffee is strong and good, perfect for a pick-me-up. I will definitely be back and try their boba next time. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves Vietnamese food and drinks.“
“I tried the Italian sandwich on the white sub bread. The bread was light and fluffy and the meats, cheese, and toppings tasted amazing. Great quality and a good sized sandwich! Even though it was busy the cashier was very nice and I only waited a few minutes for my sandwich. I'm pretty picky with sandwiches, so I am very glad to have found this place. I am excited to try more.“
“It was pretty busy when we were in on a Saturday night, but the ONE employee working (I think his name was Josh) handled it like a champ. But one person working on a Saturday? Are you kidding? SHAME on the manager of this place for scheduling one employee to work a weekend evening shift. You should know better.Food was good, it’s Subway, it’s consistent.“

Who did we meet as our server at JJs but a College Of St Rose Alumni who was a shift manager that put together our order. We were so happy to meet her we gave her a team shirt. “This location has changed in terms of service. Speedy, understanding and cheaper than the one I normally go to in lake Wales. There's one in lake Wales where I normally go to. I get the number 33. $20 for a foot long no chips no drink. This location charged me $12 for the exact same thing. Number 33, no chips no drink.“
“We love Firehouse subs but our experience at this location was just subpar. We ordered large subs but only got medium subs. We checked our receipt and was charged for medium so we were like ok fine. We love their cookies that we waited until later to eat and they were really hard and seemed like a few days old. We never had a problem at any other locations and the cookies are always super fresh. We paid over $11 for 6 and was disappointed. I’m not sure if we will return to this location.“
