I guess one of the requirements to work here is to be angry! Everything I have been in this place the employees are rude and mean. You scared to ask for alittle extra ingredients on your sandwich cause they will be mad. This place is in desperate need of customer service coaching!!! Only reason they have business is cause it's convenient for the hospital employees.
This place deserves 0 stars. First off, the bread was over cooked and brown. So, I asked the young man was all if it like that he said yes, as he shook his head no as Is I was wrong. So I said let me get a salad...he asked the black guy to make it for what ever reason....He was spanish. Ok. Then I guess Veronica Hicks was on the register....the black black asked me was I getting anything in my salad. ..I'm like okkkkkk. Rude management so of course I expect rude staff as well. When you first step in, no one acknowledges you, when you’re ordering they are either rushing you or get mad if you’re asking questions. If you’re going to be in the service industry, work on your people skills.
