The Winter Haven location seemingly had enough workers just wasn't moving the food fast enough or paying attention to only the drive-thru or don't know which. There were people in the lobby saying they had been waiting for 20 to 30 minutes so we left. Didn't even get a hello from any of the workers that was on Wednesday evening about 7:30ish
The speaker system in the drive through is terrible. You can barely understand. The chicken was cold, dry, and flavorless. Even got a piece of chicken that looked a couple of days old. Family meal not worth the $25 paid. Didn't get a receipt either 😕 Back to Publix next time.
