Great sweet tea,coffee and steak biscuits,hash rounds.But, they don’t put enough cinnamon on the raisin biscuits like the other Hardee’s do.Its just enough to taste it.It doesn’t even cover the top of the biscuit.Other Hardee’s cover the whole biscuit with the cinnamon.

Each time I visit Hardee’s drive-thru, I’m asked, “Are you using your mobile app?” I do use the mobile app to redeem rewards or coupons, so I answer “yes.” However, the employee then asks, “What’s the name on the order?” At that point, I realize they were actually asking whether I had placed a mobile order, not whether I was simply using the app.

Hardee's in Auburndale, Florida has received mixed reviews. Some customers report excellent customer service, noting that the manager was very polite and upbeat, telling his people they were doing good. Staff like David provided amazing service, with a positive attitude and great conversation while waiting for food. The biscuits, including blueberry biscuits, were delicious and made in a timely manner. Other customers describe the staff as very friendly, nice, and awesome, allowing diners to sit for an hour without being bothered.
However, earlier experiences were a nightmare, with issues like undercooked hash browns, rubbery bacon, old biscuits, and poor service. One customer tossed a $40+ order and received no refund or apology after contacting corporate. More recently, the restaurant has improved dramatically, with cooked hash browns, non-rubbery bacon, fresh biscuits, and friendly staff. Overall, the Auburndale Hardee's now offers wonderful vibes, great customer service, and a much better experience.
