Ordered a taco salad, should’ve checked it before I drove away. It was spilling over in the side of the box and on top of all that they didn’t even give me a fork. (Drive thru)
manager Roxanne was extremely rude and should loose her job. she talked to her staff and customers like they are dirt beneath her. no way would we ever visit this location again. not only was she rude as hell but she threw our food in the bag that another employee had to remake it. she shouldn't be working her if she hates here job so much! even our food was cold!! corporate has been notified and wewill not rest until she's fired!

Based on the reviews, this Hardee’s location in Dundee, Florida is the absolute best. The food is great, always fresh, and the service is excellent. The employees are incredibly warm, cheerful, and genuinely pleasant. They pay close attention to every detail of the order and make sure each request is handled exactly as asked. The cashier is appreciative and greets customers. The employees in the back keep things running smoothly, and they are smiling the whole time. The manager is great, very personable, and keeps the orders moving quickly. Specific meals mentioned include the chicken wraps, mushroom burger, cinnamon rolls, apple pie, strawberry lemon biscuit, and the pulled pork hamburger frisco. The food is good and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The location is truly one of the cleanest Hardee’s. The customer service is exceptional. It is a fantastic example of what exceptional customer service looks like, and the employees are a testament to how the location is run.
