“I placed my order for delivery and unfortunately items were not available and that’s ok they are human none the less I drove back to store and Mr.Jeiel really went above and beyond and above to make up for the short comings as my profession prior to retirement was management for customer service he’d get a raise if I were over him not only he listen to understand he did so as calm and respectful as possible and problem solved … if in the Lego Land area go and ask for him he deserves an award that’s how you satisfy customers 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼“
“Amazing service from Na'Riah! I stopped going to this location several months ago due to rude customer service! My 4 year old daughter really wanted wendys so I gave in. I was dreading it knowing my many past terrible experiences over the past few years. But when I arrived at the drive thru for my mobile order Na'Riah was very bubbly and super sweet! I will give this location a try again only because the interaction with her. Management should have all of their staff learn from her. Mind you it was very busy when we went and she made my family feel welcomed. Great customer service Na'Riah with your personality you will go far in life!“
