“I went tonight on my way home and I had a gentleman named Will give me my order and to be so real it was THE BEST customer service I have EVER received at Wendy’s in my Entire Life at any Wendy’s I’ve Ever been to, hands down. I genuinely have never had a person at Wendy’s look at me let alone be as absolutely pleasant and wonderful as Will was. Not sure his role but he deserves the best because he’s truly your greatest asset right now. Absolutely amazing experience.“

“Ordered at the drive thru, AI took my order. I can say that was a first for me, it went fairly well. The employees at the window were really nice and smiled a lot. If you are craving some Wendy's food this is the one I would choose in this area.“

“I got a relatively big order customized and they got everything right. Relatively fast service. Everything tastes as it should. Keep in mind it's a fast food so they rotate the staff so your experience might vary. Today they got 5 Star plus.“

“amazing service! my mom is allergic to the breading and bread overall. they didnt have grilled chicken patties so instead accommodated for her allergies withouf charging an extra cent! i dont know her name but the lady in the drive thru was very friendly and funny! the manager was great when it came to dealing with the breading issue. best wendys in a while“

“Been here 3 times in the last couple of weeks and it's the best Wendy's Location I've ever been to. The food was hot and fresh every time. I've never gotten a baconator or crispy chicken sandwich this fresh, still hot, not just warm. All my visits here were afternoon between 1pm-3pm. Great staff. I hope this continues to be the case because I will keep coming back if it stays this way.“

“Parking: only problem is that when the school are coming out people are parking in the lot and when you going to eat inside there is no parking cause of this people. need to do something about this. I recommend tow truck. if u not eating inside thank you very much

“Hello. This is for all the big bosses who in any way, care about a business being great, excellent, or average to poor. This is my familys and I's first time ever coming here, other than a couple times in the ladt 9 years when going through drive thru. First time in and ... the service has been Excellent. Jason the manager is Amazing. So kind, caring, they fill the fries. They have great customer service skills, and truly care about the well being and comforst od the customers. The service today has by far, been a 20 out of 10 ! Truly amazing. Theyre cery lind, curtious, the place is very clean well kept. And Jason has a great team here all following the lead of a kind and humble man. God Bless the crew here at Kissimme Wendys, we will definitely be returning. Thank you“

“Every time I stop in Wendy's I have to have chili and cheese and crackers grape Sprite so delicious! They were short-handed so I had to use the kiosk I'm not used to doing that but the young man did offer to help me if I needed help!“

“After having a 2 hour drive through the turnpike and wanting to obtain food for my sons before we got home, we arrived at 6:47pm and the gates were open. The managers had taken care of us quickly we stood there until the gates closed. some of the staff we're working so hard cleaning the lobby this location is by far the best clean and fast food service I've seen. I give 5 stars to everyone including all the managers.“
