“My experience here was surprisingly phenomenal the professionalism the awesome customer service the team was helpful tentative kind the food was made fresh upon request with passion fheyso chill about it ill make sure to keep coming here on my break I literally left BK to come here and im glad I did also the manager her name is Janice she going places she was so kind and made sure my food meet my standards she really cared thanks so much you and your team your store is awesome....peace and blessings good food nd ppl here!!!“

“Orders have always been 100% at this location; both inside and in drive thru. Food always the same great taste. Personnel are almost always revolving, so I dont want to rate their performance. But, inside staff are generally accommodating. Only thing that's a pain is that their restrooms are locked and u must ask for a key. This is a growing trend, esp on e colonial stores. My guess is that they are dealing w ppl who misuse the facilities and may not even be customers. Its still a pain for well meaning, paying customers. Wendys on alafaya and Mitchell hammock never had restrooms locked.“

“I stopped by a Wendy’s and had a really nice experience. The staff were friendly and got my order out quickly, and the place itself felt clean and comfortable. I liked that the atmosphere was relaxed, making it easy to just sit and enjoy my meal for a bit. Definitely a solid spot to grab a quick bite.“

“I had an amazing experience. From the moment I saw my favorite manager. I know my expectations were going to be met. He went above and beyond and always has a smile on his face. Super friendly and kind to me and my family. Only issue I have is the ai machine. I am Puerto Rican. With a thick accent and the machine does not comprehend what I am saying as I speak to it. Ends up picking items on the menu that I never selected.
I just wish if Wendy’s went back to having the employee take the orders for the customer. I miss having a face to face conversation and interaction. Plus I never felt rushed to take an order til ai was implemented. But overall I chose this Wendy’s location over the Obt and gore location. Always get treated horribly there. While here I get exceptional treatment from the whole Wendy’s team. Please don’t change your customer service because that’s what keeps me as a regular. 🤓🍔🍔“

“I have to say your closing staff made out night. We had a steady night on the fire truck and finally made it over to that side of our response area. Only the drive thru was open, but ladder trucks don’t fit in the drive thru. They were nice enough to let us in a get frosties. You guys made our night.“

“Was surprised at how well the ai ordering menu board worked. Better then employees with broken headsets for sure. There were 3 cars in front of me and it took about 15 minutes to get my food. Everything was hot and clearly cooked to order. The cashier also apologized twice about the waitress. Haven't had that happen at fast food in years. Great experience.“

“I went to this Wendy’s today and I had to need to do a nice Google review young lady named Hope rung me up at for some French toast at 8:37AM. She was pleasant, huge smile, very courteous. “Not complaining, the service was pretty good, fries were cold, sandwiches were good, tables were not wiped so we ate outside but tons of garbage all around, no trash can outside. The restroom was FILTHY and not stocked. Had to clean the toilet in order to use and flush it which is NOT what u want to do before you eat a meal. Maybe we should think about people usually go to the restroom before eating especially to wash their hands, they don't want to feel dirtier after leaving the restroom to their food.“

“I Love y’all’s chili and recently saw I could get enough for a few days with the family size. I add 3-4 packs of crackers to a normal order and I asked the drive through person to give me as much as she was allowed to give me. She hooked it up.

She gave me a ton of crackers. Let her know I used half those crackers on 2 bowls 🤣 much appreciated 🫶🏼“

“As of September 2026, this Wendy’s got complete interior renovation! It’s quite nice inside and everything is clean whenever I’ve been there. The service is just fine and friendly enough. If you haven’t been here in a while you should stop by and check out the new furniture.“

I cross this wendys everyday but never taken the tome to get food here until today. So glad we did. “I usually do not eat fast food at all but had to grab something quick. Burger was tasty but could have been warmer. I ate it right there in the car so it was not hot when I got it. No chocolate Frosty, so I had to have the orange one. It was easy but not what I wanted. Quick in and out.“

“The young man at the cashier, named Zarec, really does a great job explaining the things that they have in the menu, he is also very patient about adjusting your order, and he has a very positive and great vibe attitude. “I stopped at this Wendy’s on my way to my birthday weekend with friends in Orlando. It was clean, friendly, and the food was delicious.

In a strange turn of events, a week later a mini fridge I ordered from Walmart said it was delivered. However it was not delivered to my home, but this Wendy’s. Don’t ask me how that happened but I called and they assured me they would keep my fridge safe. When I arrived, 2 gentlemen carried the fridge into my car. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this Wendy’s!!!“
