“Are you out of lettuce? None of my sandwiches had lettuce and they all should have had lettuce. I place the order with the app so I know the order is correct. I don't think it's too much to ask to have the order made correctly. The people are always nice but my food is always wrong.

“It was like 30 mins till lunch and I had my daughter with me asking for nuggets and McDonald didnt serve any yet . Usually neither does Wendy’s but the manager went out of his way and dropped some nuggies for my girls and that meant the world to me . 10/10 .“

“I had an amazing experience. From the moment I saw my favorite manager. I know my expectations were going to be met. He went above and beyond and always has a smile on his face. Super friendly and kind to me and my family. Only issue I have is the ai machine. I am Puerto Rican. With a thick accent and the machine does not comprehend what I am saying as I speak to it. Ends up picking items on the menu that I never selected.
I just wish if Wendy’s went back to having the employee take the orders for the customer. I miss having a face to face conversation and interaction. Plus I never felt rushed to take an order til ai was implemented. But overall I chose this Wendy’s location over the Obt and gore location. Always get treated horribly there. While here I get exceptional treatment from the whole Wendy’s team. Please don’t change your customer service because that’s what keeps me as a regular. 🤓🍔🍔“

“This was the first time I placed a drive-thru order with an AI.
At first I was thrown back a bit, but once I got the hang of it, I canceled the third order of chicken. I only wanted one.

“I have been to almost all of the Wendy's locations in central Florida since the mid 1990's and this one seems to get it right while quite a few have been slipping on quality on various aspects. This site is clean, fresh and at 12:30 on a weekday it was not too busy. I ordered my food, went to get my napkins and condiments which were recently resupplied (go figure, most places they are empty at lunchtime).Before I was finished the counter attendant called my name and gave my cup to me. Before I had my cup filled, he called me again and my food was ready. Incidently, ALL Athe drink options were available and the ice MA Hine worked fine (so unlike the Tuskawilla & Aloma location) I was pleasantly surprised when there on my tray were the 5 ketchup packets and barbeque sauce I requested while using the kiosk. Most fast food places ignore the add-ons from the kiosk. I was in a better mood when leaving this Wendy's because of the all around better quality as compared to other locations that are Leaving much to be desired on various levels. Years ago I starting favoring Wendy's because they were the last fast food place to have a fixing bar and tables each having squeeze bottles for ketchup and mustard with salt and pepper shakers. Now everywhere you have to deal with begging for a few tiny and sticky packets of ketchup, and wonder why you get a blank stare when asking for pepper.?“

“Was surprised at how well the ai ordering menu board worked. Better then employees with broken headsets for sure. There were 3 cars in front of me and it took about 15 minutes to get my food. Everything was hot and clearly cooked to order. The cashier also apologized twice about the waitress. Haven't had that happen at fast food in years. Great experience.“
“I Love y’all’s chili and recently saw I could get enough for a few days with the family size. I add 3-4 packs of crackers to a normal order and I asked the drive through person to give me as much as she was allowed to give me. She hooked it up.

“I wish I would of taken pics of our food, we'll be back to do that. But there's absolutely NO wendys in the state that had had food this fresh like here today. I cross this wendys everyday but never taken the tome to get food here until today. So glad we did. Burger and sandwiches all came out fresh, picture perfect and fries were golden and fresh, literally like a commercial. Haven't seen that around at all. Saw thks place had only like 2.8 stars, we were like no way, how? Not sure if it was just the team working right now. But wow guys great job! Hopefully it's like this regularly now. “I usually do not eat fast food at all but had to grab something quick. Burger was tasty but could have been warmer. I ate it right there in the car so it was not hot when I got it. No chocolate Frosty, so I had to have the orange one. It was easy but not what I wanted. Quick in and out.“
“I stopped at this Wendy’s on my way to my birthday weekend with friends in Orlando. It was clean, friendly, and the food was delicious.
In a strange turn of events, a week later a mini fridge I ordered from Walmart said it was delivered. However it was not delivered to my home, but this Wendy’s. Don’t ask me how that happened but I called and they assured me they would keep my fridge safe. When I arrived, 2 gentlemen carried the fridge into my car. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this Wendy’s!!!“
“Not complaining, the service was pretty good, fries were cold, sandwiches were good, tables were not wiped so we ate outside but tons of garbage all around, no trash can outside. The restroom was FILTHY and not stocked. Had to clean the toilet in order to use and flush it which is NOT what u want to do before you eat a meal. Maybe we should think about people usually go to the restroom before eating especially to wash their hands, they don't want to feel dirtier after leaving the restroom to their food.“
“A couple nights ago I went to this place after work. I went through the drive through after doing my order on my Wendy's app. They had a buy one, get one free chicken sandwich deal on the app., so that's what I purchased. Everything was perfect. The order was correct. The best part is there was no cars in the drive thru lanes, so it only took a couple minutes to get there and get my food and get going again. I appreciate their service.
