Wendy's in Orlando

“As usual I got my Baconator double. Let me tell you that sandwich was good and hot. Actually that's the first completely totally hot freshly prepared Baconator that I've had from Wendy's ever. I have been to a lot of Wendy's. And the majority of the time I am served one that has been sitting on the sidelines for a while. You can definitely tell the difference. Although I could barely hear the customer service rep on the other end of the microphone. She seemed very friendly and very mild-mannered. She gave me service with a smile though. I'm definitely going to recommend this Wendy's and I am definitely going to go back to this Wendy's“

“Genesis provided an amazing customer service at the drive-thru window and Jasmine was amazing at the counter! They were able to solve my mobile order issue very quickly and courteously. God bless all that y'all do; y'all deserve raises!“

“Are you out of lettuce? None of my sandwiches had lettuce and they all should have had lettuce. I place the order with the app so I know the order is correct. I don't think it's too much to ask to have the order made correctly. The people are always nice but my food is always wrong.
Update: I had an awesome late night visit. The food was hot and served fast. Great job by the crew tonight and thank you.“

“90% of the time this location is spot on. You'd think it would get better with AI drive thru. But no, it got worse. Only cheese now come with ketchup and pickles. This lunch ruined as I hate even residual taste of pickles. The ketchup cannot be removed from the bun. This time...FAIL.“

“This was the first time I placed a drive-thru order with an AI.
At first I was thrown back a bit, but once I got the hang of it, I canceled the third order of chicken. I only wanted one.
Otherwise, the food was great as always and fast service.“

“It was like 30 mins till lunch and I had my daughter with me asking for nuggets and McDonald didnt serve any yet . Usually neither does Wendy’s but the manager went out of his way and dropped some nuggies for my girls and that meant the world to me . 10/10 .“

“My sister and I wanted a quick and cheap meal, so we ended up going to a Wendy's near the hotel we were staying at. I got some Biggie Bites, where you choose two items for $4. I ended up doing two 4-piece chicken nuggets. I also got a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger biggie bag with an Orange Hi-C. I got a Sour Cream and Chives baked potato as well. I like getting butter so I made sure to add the butter to the order, since it isn’t always included. Between all of this, we were able to eat quite a bit. The employees were really nice, and I appreciated that everything in our order was in the bag despite it being a weird order.“

“Best option in the area, hands down. Easily the best Wendy’s I’ve had, and the service was actually pretty decent—which already puts it above average.
The only “issue” I can come up with is inconsistent sauce portions, and even that feels like a stretch just to find something to complain about. Sometimes you get blessed, sometimes you get rationed.
Honestly, good job on completely changing my opinion on Wendy’s. Didn’t expect that, but here we are.“

“They have good food and friendly people working who mostly seem to be helpful for the most part but they are human like everyone else. The restaurant and its facilities are very clean.
If they get your order wrong for one reason or another they swiftly move to get it corrected while making you wait as short as of a time as possible. I have been coming to this Wendy’s location for over 30 years now and they, for as long as I can remember have alway sought to put their costumers in almost every case, first above just about anything.
I went to eat there a couple days ago and I will definitely be going back again probably sometime before the end of next week.“

I couldn't read the name tag very well but whoever is in charge of this Wendy's I hope you recognize their character. We need more of that in this world.“

“I have been to almost all of the Wendy's locations in central Florida since the mid 1990's and this one seems to get it right while quite a few have been slipping on quality on various aspects. This site is clean, fresh and at 12:30 on a weekday it was not too busy. I ordered my food, went to get my napkins and condiments which were recently resupplied (go figure, most places they are empty at lunchtime).Before I was finished the counter attendant called my name and gave my cup to me. Before I had my cup filled, he called me again and my food was ready. Incidently, ALL Athe drink options were available and the ice MA Hine worked fine (so unlike the Tuskawilla & Aloma location) I was pleasantly surprised when there on my tray were the 5 ketchup packets and barbeque sauce I requested while using the kiosk. Most fast food places ignore the add-ons from the kiosk. I was in a better mood when leaving this Wendy's because of the all around better quality as compared to other locations that are Leaving much to be desired on various levels. Years ago I starting favoring Wendy's because they were the last fast food place to have a fixing bar and tables each having squeeze bottles for ketchup and mustard with salt and pepper shakers. Now everywhere you have to deal with begging for a few tiny and sticky packets of ketchup, and wonder why you get a blank stare when asking for pepper.?“

“Gertrude was exceptional! She greeted us with a warm and inviting smile. We had a small mistake on our order and she instantly made it right! Customer service was amazing. And the food was very hot and fresh. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and stay sweet Gertrude. ☺️☺️“

“have come to this Wendy’s man times in the past and was never impressed, today was different. Cashier (tall+glasses) was awesome, knew what was on everything and double checked to make sure it was what we wanted , had a smile on his face and was very happy to be helping us. We received out food very quickly from a very friendly man with black curly hair and black shirt. 5/5, food was grest“

“I live around the corner from this Wendy’s and this place is my saving grace for food when I get off work at 2:30am and nothing else is open besides this Wendy’s (and also the WaWa that’s across the street)! I always see the manager, Antonia, running the graveyard shift with her incredible team who do their best to make sure food comes out fresh and hot! I might have to wait a few minutes for my food, but I appreciate their hard work each night/early morning!“

“I highly recommend this restaurant because the employees and management are pleasant and they always make sure that I have a great experience with a delicious meal and always helpful and ready to please so that my day is starts well with a great breakfast or lunch or dinner. I had an issue with the app where I wasn’t sure the name I had signed up with because the app was only showing my initials. When I said my initials, we both were a little confused but she helped me out so much, and got my order right. Wish I got her name, but she should be the model for others in food service.“

“I would like to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank Carlos Rivera and the incredible staff at the Wendy’s located on Landstar Road in Orlando, Florida. The dining area and restroom is always clean.
Every Friday, I have what I like to call a special “Fri-Date” with my grandson, affectionately known as Baby Lu. He is a very picky eater, but one thing he absolutely loves is the small vanilla ice cream from Wendy’s. Although he’s just two years old and doesn’t speak much yet, he now gets excited and says, “Mama Wendy’s – Calo,” which, in his own sweet way, means, “Take me to Wendy’s to get ice cream and see Carlos and his staff.”

The Wendy’s team has come to know and welcome him so warmly. During the holidays, we even brought in donuts as a small token of appreciation. One memorable day, Carlos
surprised us by giving Baby Lu a special ice cream card. That kind gesture turned our visits into a weekly tradition filled with joy and smiles.

Carlos and his team consistently go above and beyond. The care, attention, and joy they bring to customers, especially to little ones like my grandson, truly deserves recognition.

These special outings with Baby Lu are precious to me. He is growing so quickly, and it means everything to have these memories filled with happiness, laughter, and a beloved
ice cream treat.

“I don't drink coffee in the afternoon, but upon finishing my late lunch salad, I felt I needed a kick. I went to the counter and asked for coffee. It was given to me on the house and with a smile.

“I wish I would of taken pics of our food, we'll be back to do that. But there's absolutely NO wendys in the state that had had food this fresh like here today. I cross this wendys everyday but never taken the tome to get food here until today. So glad we did. Burger and sandwiches all came out fresh, picture perfect and fries were golden and fresh, literally like a commercial. Haven't seen that around at all. Saw thks place had only like 2.8 stars, we were like no way, how? Not sure if it was just the team working right now. But wow guys great job! Hopefully it's like this regularly now. “I was staying at a hotel in the area and was limited to my choices. After seeing all the bad reviews, I was worried. The line went much quicker than I expected. And the young man who assisted me was extremely polite and courteous giving me lots of extra ketchup that I asked for but when I got back to the hotel I realized they forgot a spoon for the chili and the sauce for my nuggets which made it very disappointing. I was really hoping to get on here and give them five stars to help them get on top of those older reviews. Attention to detail is very important.“

“The drive-through was fast. The service was excellent, with a seamless, accurate, and efficient process. The cashier was attentive and professional. However, the face of the other employees appears to be experiencing a state of sadness and depression.“

“I usually do not eat fast food at all but had to grab something quick. Burger was tasty but could have been warmer. I ate it right there in the car so it was not hot when I got it. No chocolate Frosty, so I had to have the orange one. It was easy but not what I wanted. Quick in and out.“

“I stopped at this Wendy’s on my way to my birthday weekend with friends in Orlando. It was clean, friendly, and the food was delicious.

In a strange turn of events, a week later a mini fridge I ordered from Walmart said it was delivered. However it was not delivered to my home, but this Wendy’s. Don’t ask me how that happened but I called and they assured me they would keep my fridge safe. When I arrived, 2 gentlemen carried the fridge into my car. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this Wendy’s!!!“

“Not complaining, the service was pretty good, fries were cold, sandwiches were good, tables were not wiped so we ate outside but tons of garbage all around, no trash can outside. The restroom was FILTHY and not stocked. Had to clean the toilet in order to use and flush it which is NOT what u want to do before you eat a meal. Maybe we should think about people usually go to the restroom before eating especially to wash their hands, they don't want to feel dirtier after leaving the restroom to their food.“

“A couple nights ago I went to this place after work. I went through the drive through after doing my order on my Wendy's app. They had a buy one, get one free chicken sandwich deal on the app., so that's what I purchased. Everything was perfect. The order was correct. The best part is there was no cars in the drive thru lanes, so it only took a couple minutes to get there and get my food and get going again. I appreciate their service.
