“I stopped by a Wendy’s and had a really nice experience. The staff were friendly and got my order out quickly, and the place itself felt clean and comfortable. I liked that the atmosphere was relaxed, making it easy to just sit and enjoy my meal for a bit. Definitely a solid spot to grab a quick bite.“

“Genesis provided an amazing customer service at the drive-thru window and Jasmine was amazing at the counter! They were able to solve my mobile order issue very quickly and courteously. God bless all that y'all do; y'all deserve raises!“

“Orders have always been 100% at this location; both inside and in drive thru. Food always the same great taste. Personnel are almost always revolving, so I dont want to rate their performance. But, inside staff are generally accommodating. Only thing that's a pain is that their restrooms are locked and u must ask for a key. This is a growing trend, esp on e colonial stores. My guess is that they are dealing w ppl who misuse the facilities and may not even be customers. Its still a pain for well meaning, paying customers. Wendys on alafaya and Mitchell hammock never had restrooms locked.“

“It was like 30 mins till lunch and I had my daughter with me asking for nuggets and McDonald didnt serve any yet . Usually neither does Wendy’s but the manager went out of his way and dropped some nuggies for my girls and that meant the world to me . 10/10 .“

“This was the first time I placed a drive-thru order with an AI.
At first I was thrown back a bit, but once I got the hang of it, I canceled the third order of chicken. I only wanted one.
Otherwise, the food was great as always and fast service.“

“I had an amazing experience. From the moment I saw my favorite manager. I know my expectations were going to be met. He went above and beyond and always has a smile on his face. Super friendly and kind to me and my family. Only issue I have is the ai machine. I am Puerto Rican. With a thick accent and the machine does not comprehend what I am saying as I speak to it. Ends up picking items on the menu that I never selected.
I just wish if Wendy’s went back to having the employee take the orders for the customer. I miss having a face to face conversation and interaction. Plus I never felt rushed to take an order til ai was implemented. But overall I chose this Wendy’s location over the Obt and gore location. Always get treated horribly there. While here I get exceptional treatment from the whole Wendy’s team. Please don’t change your customer service because that’s what keeps me as a regular. 🤓🍔🍔“

“Darwin went out of his way to with service today. Greeted me with a smile reviewed my order. Even ran to my car after I left and stopped at a stop light to hand me utensils. Thank you Darwin. You didn't need to do it but I appreciate what you've done.“

“I went to this Wendy’s today and I had to need to do a nice Google review young lady named Hope rung me up at for some French toast at 8:37AM. She was pleasant, huge smile, very courteous. She just let out this positive vibe to her. I’m grateful she was the one who attended me at the window. It brightened my day. Her energy just made me want to be positive for the rest of the day. “Thankfully the food was great, but the service was almost nonexistent. I thought my wife was going to lose it the way she was talked to while ordering at the counter. Thankfully getting food was our priority or else she would have made a scene.“

“Great food, good prices, and an amazing location! We were staying at the Rosen Inn, and this Wendy’s was incredibly convenient—just a quick walk under the bridge. The food was fresh, the prices were reasonable, and it was the perfect spot to grab a bite without any hassle. Highly recommend if you're staying nearby!“

“Was surprised at how well the ai ordering menu board worked. Better then employees with broken headsets for sure. There were 3 cars in front of me and it took about 15 minutes to get my food. Everything was hot and clearly cooked to order. The cashier also apologized twice about the waitress. Haven't had that happen at fast food in years. Great experience.“

“I have been to almost all of the Wendy's locations in central Florida since the mid 1990's and this one seems to get it right while quite a few have been slipping on quality on various aspects. This site is clean, fresh and at 12:30 on a weekday it was not too busy. I ordered my food, went to get my napkins and condiments which were recently resupplied (go figure, most places they are empty at lunchtime).Before I was finished the counter attendant called my name and gave my cup to me. Before I had my cup filled, he called me again and my food was ready. Incidently, ALL Athe drink options were available and the ice MA Hine worked fine (so unlike the Tuskawilla & Aloma location) I was pleasantly surprised when there on my tray were the 5 ketchup packets and barbeque sauce I requested while using the kiosk. Most fast food places ignore the add-ons from the kiosk. I was in a better mood when leaving this Wendy's because of the all around better quality as compared to other locations that are Leaving much to be desired on various levels. Years ago I starting favoring Wendy's because they were the last fast food place to have a fixing bar and tables each having squeeze bottles for ketchup and mustard with salt and pepper shakers. Now everywhere you have to deal with begging for a few tiny and sticky packets of ketchup, and wonder why you get a blank stare when asking for pepper.?“

“I Love y’all’s chili and recently saw I could get enough for a few days with the family size. I add 3-4 packs of crackers to a normal order and I asked the drive through person to give me as much as she was allowed to give me. She hooked it up.

She gave me a ton of crackers. Let her know I used half those crackers on 2 bowls 🤣 much appreciated 🫶🏼“

“Whoever is working the window aug 5th around 2:30pm DESERVES A RAISE!!! Great customer service.

I had an issue with the app where I wasn’t sure the name I had signed up with because the app was only showing my initials. When I said my initials, we both were a little confused but she helped me out so much, and got my order right. Wish I got her name, but she should be the model for others in food service.“

“Today I went to this location at 10:30 am and let me tell you it was the best experience I’ve ever had. I go up to the drive thru window already having a bad day until I see the lady at the window and she was such a kind and sweet person.Later on I found out her name was Nurtaj from the receipt, so I hope everyone goes good for this location and her.“

1000% the best person I have ever met working through fast food. Dude has legit the BEST energy. Just got back from like my third time with him working and it’s legit refreshing to talk with him. Rare for a fast food spot to have someone giving better service than most restaurants. He would be the the best server at any restaurant he worked fosure

“I wish I would of taken pics of our food, we'll be back to do that. But there's absolutely NO wendys in the state that had had food this fresh like here today. I cross this wendys everyday but never taken the tome to get food here until today. So glad we did. Burger and sandwiches all came out fresh, picture perfect and fries were golden and fresh, literally like a commercial. Haven't seen that around at all. Saw thks place had only like 2.8 stars, we were like no way, how? Not sure if it was just the team working right now. But wow guys great job! Hopefully it's like this regularly now. This was actually really good.“

“The young man at the cashier, named Zarec, really does a great job explaining the things that they have in the menu, he is also very patient about adjusting your order, and he has a very positive and great vibe attitude. I hope he is recognized for his exemplary behavior and work ethic. I was putting an order with my young daughters and he really set an excellent how a job should be done.“

“I usually do not eat fast food at all but had to grab something quick. Burger was tasty but could have been warmer. I ate it right there in the car so it was not hot when I got it. No chocolate Frosty, so I had to have the orange one. It was easy but not what I wanted. Quick in and out.“

“I stopped at this Wendy’s on my way to my birthday weekend with friends in Orlando. It was clean, friendly, and the food was delicious.

In a strange turn of events, a week later a mini fridge I ordered from Walmart said it was delivered. However it was not delivered to my home, but this Wendy’s. Don’t ask me how that happened but I called and they assured me they would keep my fridge safe. When I arrived, 2 gentlemen carried the fridge into my car. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this Wendy’s!!!“

“Not complaining, the service was pretty good, fries were cold, sandwiches were good, tables were not wiped so we ate outside but tons of garbage all around, no trash can outside. The restroom was FILTHY and not stocked. Had to clean the toilet in order to use and flush it which is NOT what u want to do before you eat a meal. Maybe we should think about people usually go to the restroom before eating especially to wash their hands, they don't want to feel dirtier after leaving the restroom to their food.“
