Amazing customer service. I came in before they even opened and the lady upfront gave me a breakfast potato-French toast meal for free. Her name was Sheronda (I don’t know how to spell it. Great place ‼️??
Food was good the AI drive thru worked really well understood my Liverpool accent perfectly! Chicken nuggets was not real Chicken breast like in the UK.
The ordering screen in drive thru is A.I. they had me pull forward and wait for my order. They must have put the fries in the bag while waiting for other food to cook and the fries got cold and soggy. The people working there know this will happen and they just dont care. Cold soggy fries. Nobody wants cold soggy fries, not even the people who work there. Do better.

Interestingly, on Sundays when a particular manager was working, the food was free from bacteria or virus strands.
