Don't go thru drive thru. I sat in line for literally 18 minutes. That wasn't the first time either. They need to do better with that. Cashier at drive thru window gave good customer service, tho.
The manager is pretty rude. I came this morning to order a Apple Pecan Salad & Ghost Pepper Fries. The women at the counter with the burgundy hair was very nice. I had Asked for 2 ranch dipping sauce for my fries and the manager immediately tells her rudely that if they aren't ordering chicken nuggets they can't get dipping sauce. That's very rude. I use To work at Wendy's in Maitland and never have we ever told a customer that. I could understand if you are out of sauces. But...read full review

I go to this Wendy's a lot and I never had an issue with the 3am close nights. Well they told me today that they closed at 2:00 a.m. instead of 3 they should have updated their website and Google.
