I placed a mobile order to pick up on my way home from work. After giving them my name, someone cuts me off in the drive-through. They proceeded to give that customer my receipt and then my food by the time I get to the window to tell them that I’m there to get my order it’s already been given away the manager of them proceeds to chew me out and grill me repeatedly and tells me that they’ll fix this but it’s a “one time thing”. This Wendy's is always a disappointment. They only take either card or cash at different times but not both like they should. They are out of items advertised all the time. Now it is 940 and they should have breakfast till 10:30 as advertised but of course they just said they are on lunch and have no breakfast. Customer service is a 0 at this location. Get it together. Does corporate know they are lacking like this because they should.

Customer service sucks. They make you stand there, and you have to ask for help when ordering your food. They have the worst attitude. It's like all the employees use to work at McDonald's because the service and food preparation and presentation has gone downhill.
