I get the same thing at every Wendy's Apple Pecan Salad with extra blue cheese. Today, I was told that you they salads are pre-made and don't add extra blue cheese. Well, it automatically comes with blue cheese, and I didn't get blue cheese on my salad at all, not even what it should have been packaged with. I will go to the Wendy's on Colonial and Pine Hills for now on. They made my salad the way I asked with no problem.

Just remember when you go to fast food play places when they're not busy daylight to put the hamburger patties in hot water so always ask for fresh or no mustard no ketchup

I placed a mobile order to pick up on my way home from work. After giving them my name, someone cuts me off in the drive-through. They proceeded to give that customer my receipt and then my food by the time I get to the window to tell them that I’m there to get my order it’s already been given away the manager of them proceeds to chew me out and grill me repeatedly and tells me that they’ll fix this but it’s a “one time thing”. Absolute abysmal, customer service. It’s one thing for the staff to make a mistake. I completely understand understand that, but then for me to be spoken to in an accusatory manner over a two dollar burger is ridiculous.

This Wendy's is always a disappointment. They only take either card or cash at different times but not both like they should. They are out of items advertised all the time. Now it is 940 and they should have breakfast till 10:30 as advertised but of course they just said they are on lunch and have no breakfast. Customer service is a 0 at this location. Get it together. Does corporate know they are lacking like this because they should.

Honest Truth

Customer service sucks. They make you stand there, and you have to ask for help when ordering your food. They have the worst attitude. It's like all the employees use to work at McDonald's because the service and food preparation and presentation has gone downhill.

For $5.33 you can't expect much, and that is what you get. Meal deal $5. The bacon made it $5, not $4. See the bacon. They act like they don't care if you are there or not. Well guess what.

Ordered 1 biggie bag, when we got to the window they told us to pull up in front and wait for a few minutes. Ended up waiting for 30 minutes until I went inside and told them that i was waiting for long and then I got the biggie bag 10 minutes later. Customers that came after me got their food first and left!! This made me late for work, just ridiculous!!
