Extremely slow service. There is always a wait when there is nobody in the drive thru even with an order placed ahead of time in the app.
I have only done drive thru at this location and never is there a line of cars, they still take forever to get your order ready. I have always waited 10 or more minutes. Mcdonalds on Moss Park is ALWAYS packed at the drive thru, yet their wait time is minimal. You are in and out in a couple of minutes. I never see any customers at this Wendy's, yet the wait time is extremely long
Just your average fast food place. We stopped in to get some lunch while we were on a trip
