The self check out system has glitches and the screen doesn't work very well. Also there's an error when I select the 10% off reward it's reset and I have to try again every time.

Taco Bell is known for its chicken enchilada burrito and tacos, which are often praised as delicious. The food is great, fresh, and well prepared. However, the service can be very slow with long wait times at the drive-thru, as the location sometimes seems understaffed. Despite this, the team provides excellent and friendly service from the management to the line level workers, creating a great atmosphere inside. There have been some concerns about the cleanliness of the bathroom, which has been recently remodeled but still has a strong odor. Additionally, while the menu features the Chalupa, it was not available in the kiosk ordering system during one visit. On a positive note, customers have noted that staff members, like Kadence, are very nice and helpful, making great suggestions and enhancing the overall experience.
