This is an awful McDonald's. They almost always make the drive-thru customers park and wait for their food to be brought out. It seems they are trying to falsify their speed of service times. It is so ridiculous and has been going on for over a year. It does not matter if there is no one in line - you still need to park. This needs to stop!

Picked up an Uber Eats order for a customer and James was so nice! It really made my night.

The restaurant features a beautiful, sustainable architectural design with newer technologies. Although the beverage dispenser was initially out of order, the staff promptly resolved the issue. However, the woman's washrooms did not have any soap, and the employees were unable to fix the nonfunctional soap dispensers.
The morning manager, whose name starts with S, goes above and beyond for both customers and staff. Customers also mention an old, nice lady who only speaks Spanish and has been a regular at this McDonald's for 7 years. While the ice cream machine is often broken, the restaurant is mostly clean and provides a satisfactory experience.
