Burger was fresh, this is my second time at this location. The staff is wonderful, courteous, reminds me of McDonald’s I had when I was a kid in 1972. thank you for restoring my faith in America and McDonald’s.

Ordered double quarter pounder, no pickles at the drive thru, was pulled forward into a parking spot.No problem, fresh is worth the wait.What I received was old and way beyond....the people were very nice, but food was sub par , $14 for burger and fries, both items old and tasted horrible.

I don’t understand what is so hard about serving the correct food items. I order a Diet Coke and get a cherry coke or a regular coke. I always annunciate the word diet and they confirm it back to me but the food window gives me the incorrect drink. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and only that and was told to pull up because all the other parking spaces were filled. The associate that delivered my food even said egg and cheese biscuit and I open it up when I get home and it was a chicken biscuit. They get my order 100% correct about 20% of the time. It’s not worth it anymore especially for the price.

This McDonald’s has horrible drive thru service. No matter what you order they send you to park and wait for your food. Even if there’s no other vehicles in line. I would understand if there was a huge line but they are ridiculous.

This is an awful McDonald's. They almost always make the drive-thru customers park and wait for their food to be brought out. It seems they are trying to falsify their speed of service times. It is so ridiculous and has been going on for over a year. It does not matter if there is no one in line - you still need to park. This needs to stop!
Also, they need to learn how to properly fill an order of fries. The picture that is attached is two orders of medium fries, half filled. This is pretty typical for this location. RIP OFF!! I wish I did not have to drive twice as far to get properly filled/prepared food without being "parked".
They park you for every order, no matter what. I've ordered a medium fry and a drink before, and they asked me to park. I was the only person in line....I asked if my drink was made yet(bc I was thirsty and wanted it) and their response was "yes, he'll bring it out to you". I asked if I could just have it, it was next to her, ready. The guy bringing out my fries was outside looking for me before I could even leave the drive thru. No reason to park me. Whole interaction lasted maybe 40 seconds

Like any fast food place or restaurant, you get to see the menu, request your combo to eat, wait to be served, request additional sauces according to taste, sit at the table, enjoy the food, then go to the bathroom, wash your hands. hands, to eliminate the grease on them, and leave the place...Tell me what your routine is at a fast food place...
