The drive-thru at this location is consistently the most inefficient in town and because of the new AI ordering system you don't know until you waited in line and you get all the way to the window when they're sold out of an item.. no fault of the workers but they need at least two more people on staff at night when the Disney parks are letting out and they're super slammed and it would have been great to know that they were out of chocolate frosties before I paid
Shatima is such a sweet and respectful lady and was very nice

Wendy's is a reliable and affordable dining option that offers a pleasant experience. The clean and comfortable dining room provides a quiet atmosphere, making it suitable for laptop work or relaxation. The menu features a variety of options, including the satisfying "Biggie Bag" combo with fries, nuggets, a burger, and a drink. Recently, some customers have mentioned trying the Krabby Patty meal, noting it as a decent burger with great fries. Vegetarian options are limited, but the baked potato remains a highlight. The staff is generally friendly, with some reviews praising the helpfulness of the employees, especially during busy times. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with a kid's menu and a fun experience that includes toys and Frosty treats. However, there have been concerns about gluten-free options, as some customers couldn't get assurance about the Bacon Cheese Potatoes. Parking is easy, and the location is wheelchair accessible with step-free access and handicap parking.
